Welcome to ‘Key Lime.’ This iconic Seaside, Florida, single story beach cottage with wrap-around porches and operable shutters closely follows traditional, vernacular cottages built generations ago in waterfront towns along the Panhandle! Freshly renovated and featured in Seaside Style, Key Lime is ideally located midway between the beach and the West Pool, on the footpath to town center, and has access to the private Odessa Street Beach Pavilion.

The shaded side yard deck with generous amounts of Adirondack seating, a grill and outdoor string lighting maximizes your outdoor living experience. Step through double mahogany screen doors and into a deep front and side porch and the magic of this one level house unfolds. A tastefully decorated interior offers a continuous living room that features a 55" Smart TV and dining space at the center of the house, with soaring ceiling and cypress beams to give an open coastal cottage feel. Two sets of custom mahogany French doors in the living room swing out to the porches to savor the outdoors. V-groove wood walls and ceilings and maple wood floors are throughout the house, and an antique chandelier brings a bit of old world to the central dining area. A charming, well-equipped kitchen is tucked just off the living room that features a separate ice maker.

Key Lime features four bedrooms, arranged into three suites that anchor the corners of the home. At the front of the residence, guests can locate a queen bedroom with a full bath, as well as direct access to the front porch. At the back of the house, a primary bedroom suite features a king-size bed, double closets and a double vanity with a walk-in shower. The primary suite opens to both the front and back porch. On the other back corner, a family suite features a full bath with a tub shower combo, a bunk room with four beds and a queen bedroom with an additional half bath. This layout was designed with our guests' convenience in mind, as one can walk through the bunk room to access the queen bedroom or enter directly from the back porch.

The heart of the house is the deep screen porch that wraps around the front and side of the house accommodating a mahogany table with seating for 8. Plantation chairs and vintage rattan furniture complete this screened area for relaxing with a glass of wine or morning cup of coffee. An equally deep porch with bed swing at the rear of the house affords the primary bedroom and rear queen bedroom a quiet private outdoor retreat.

Additional amenities: Charcoal Grill, 2 adult bikes, sofa sleeper, private outdoor shower, washer/dryer, and a manicured yard with al-fresco dining.  Fireplace is decorative only.

Key Lime is the perfect house for my family with small children. It isnone level and has plenty of room. The house was spotless and had all of the amenities that we needed. It has beautiful screened porches as well as a beautiful side and back garden area. It was close to beach and town square. I will definitely keep coming back to this house

Highly recommend! Cleanliness is my hot button and this cottage is immaculate. Kitchen is well stocked. I uniquely designed with so many outdoor spaces and beautifully decorated. The pictures absolutely represent the cottage. We felt right at home the minute we walked in and loved how it is walking distance to the beach and Seaside shopping/restaurants. No need to have a car. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful spring break staying at the Key Lime in Seaside. We have stayed in several Seaside cottages and this one by far was the best! The house had everything we needed, was extremely clean and the perfect location. We will definitely be back to the Key Lime!

We loved loved loved Key Lime! The house is just so livable and so cute. The location of the bedrooms gives space to all of the guests and the porches are perfect spots to relax. The location to the beach is also great. The complimentary wine, pie and fudge were great additions. We will be back!

We had a great fall break at Key Lime! The wraparound porches were so fabulous for hanging out on. The location was perfect...close to the beach, pool, and Seaside town center. We loved being able to walk and bike everywhere. The house was spacious and perfect for our family of 5. The only negative was that the ice maker was broken. We will definitely be back!
