 ‘Lady on the Beach’ is one of the few one-story cottages to be found in Seaside with a premier location just steps to Seaside Avenue and Ruskin Park. This cottage has an ideal location just a short walk to the beach with an open interior and relaxing outdoor spaces that make this home live much larger.

As guests arrive, they’ll be pleasantly welcomed by a coastal, screened-in front porch, featuring rocking chairs and outdoor dining for three. As they make their way into the home, they can discover an open floor plan. The interior is made up of an updated open kitchen that overlooks the living room so friends and family can stay connected and visit. The kitchen has breakfast bar seating for five and some top of line appliances and added benefits complete with a Bosch dishwasher, Gourmet Viking Dual fuel stainless stove, gourmet knives, a Keurig, a Nespresso Machine, and the coffee pods are even provided.

Nearby, an airy, spacious living space provides two comfortable sofas, one serving as a queen sleeper sofa, and a flatscreen TV complete with a Sonos sound bar.  This area is located in between the kitchen and dining space, making it the perfect ‘common ground’ area to commune and gather after a fun-filled day. Next to the living area, guests can find a large dining table for six that opens onto the front screened in porch.

Just off the living area are the two bedrooms. The front bedroom features a king bed with privacy doors a flat screen TV and its own private renovated bathroom with a bath and tub combination with a single vanity.  The second bedroom is a queen at the rear of the home with closets, a flat screen mounted TV, and a renovated bathroom with a single vanity and a tub and shower combination.  The queen bedroom has access to the rear screen in porch with Adirondack seating for two that overlooks an outdoor deck and large fenced in back yard with a gardener’s edible garden.  Off the porch is a wooded deck, a gas grill and an outdoor shower as well as plenty of space to enjoy shade with family and friends. ‘Lady on the Beach’ awaits your arrival! 

* 7-night minimum Fourth of July; 5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3-night minimum Fall; 2-night minimum Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

First, a big thank you to Home Owners Collection. Your staff was helpful,start to finish. Lady on the Beach was a perfect location. Steps to the center of town and our favorites...Modica Market and Sun Dog Books.The cottage was well appointed with everything we needed. Weve been guests at Seaside many times and I think this was the best landscaping weve seen. And,two screened in porches! As,you can tell,we loved it . Well be back! Suzanne and Mike... We have been going for over 20 years. Most of those early years we used Seaside Cottage Rentals. They got to a point that they did not know us from Adam after we had spent over 100 k with them. Priperties were getting outdated. They were just order takers. Homeowners Collection has given them competition and taken over better properties. You have been proactive with us and this survey is an example. You should always train your people to understand how powerful it is when your clients go home and tell all their family and friends of their experience with your company.
