2 QUEEN BEDS

When a furnished beach condo is all you need, the spacious ‘Reverie’ fits the bill. This generously sized condo is close to the sand and to area shops, with a unique location supplying both convenience and exceptional scenery.

Topping The Shops of Ruskin, the ‘Reverie’ is the third story of the R&R townhome; a superb destination for experiencing all that Seaside has to offer. Upon entering the building’s large porch overlooking The Chapel at Seaside and Ruskin Park, a stairwell leads up to the third level, where a balcony overlooks the park with room for sitting and admiring the views.

With an excess of natural light, the main living area of the condo opens up with large windows and glass doors, supplemented by plenty of seating in the living area, sit-down dining and a well-equipped, modern kitchen to prepare full meals or easily pack up meals on the go.

The single-level condo extends with the first of two queen-bedrooms, each enjoying its own private bath along with a shared balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day or watching the sun come up each morning. Closet doors tuck away the stacked washer and dryer for added convenience.

Meanwhile, the upper level tower room provides a table with room for six, opening up with walls of windows and glass doors to the private furnished roof top deck with several lounge chairs and dining tables. Climb the stairs to the upper deck for amazing 360-degree panoramic views of the Gulf and Seaside, FL.  This is one of the most amazing and majestic views to be found in Seaside, FL. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration.

* 5 night minimum Spring Break and Summer | 3 night minimum in Fall.

We have stayed in several houses in Seaside and this condo was one of our favorites. The location is great. It's right behind Great Southern Cafe and a quick walk to many other restaurants, shops and the beach (you could get away with not having a bike). We really enjoyed the rooftop (with a great view of the gulf) and spent a lot of time there. The condo was beautifully furnished, very modern and clean. The staff at Homeowner's Collection was very helpful and friendly. We plan to stay here again! Note on bike rental: We rented bikes from Seaside Transit Authority because of the discount we received from the condo rental company. Their bicycles are getting very old and in need of repair. We had to go back 3 times with problems and they acted like we were bothering them each time. You may want to consider bicycles from another source if you need them.

Great property. Everything was as, or better than expected. The customer service was amazing. Everyone I dealt with was so nice and easy to work with. I will definitely rent from you again.

Absolutely LOVED the location! Its and oasis in the middle of everything that matters about a beach vacation. Completely serenity when walked but accessible to meet every whim immediately. Every staff member that I had contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. The entire experience was easy, warm, and professional.

Thank you for a lovely week. The Reverie is perfectly located, quiet and just steps from all the central amenities. Its courtyard location places all the other amenities close by too. The condo is elegant but family friendly. We used all the amenities and rode bikes everywhere. We had a very nice time and appreciate Carol staying late as traffic was tight on arrival.
