Delightfully artistic and perfectly situated near the Ruskin Place Artist Colony, Somewhere is a stunning guest cottage that offers vacationers the ideal access to the entire Seaside experience. A private canopied entrance offers direct access to a screened-in front porch. Enjoy the peaceful outer and interior decor as you start your vacation off on a tranquil note sipping on a morning coffee or relaxing with an early evening drink on the front porch.

Somewhere features a cozy living room and fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a built-in dining area. The half bathroom opens out into a private outdoor shower. Bask under the bright Florida sun as you wash up after a day spent at the beach, or enjoy gazing up into the Milky Way at the end of a long day exploring all that Seaside has to offer. The second floor of Somewhere features a bedroom with two queen beds and a full bath. Somewhere invites you to enjoy all of the convenient comforts of home in an accommodatingly quaint Seaside guest cottage

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall | 2-night minimum Winter.

  •  Welcome tote with 2 beach towels and a complimentary bottle of wine
  •  Washer and dryer 
  •  Two complimentary rental bikes are included with your stay for pickup at the Seaside Transit Authority
  •  Personalized service throughout your stay
  •  Starter amenities provided
  •  Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage and 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued.  A golf cart is considered a car.
  •  Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

We loved staying for three nights a Somewhere and would definitely do it again. We had some issues with the tv upon arrival but the people at Homeowners had it repaired immediately. We loved our time there and plan to do it again next year.

Location was everything. Just one block from the center of Seaside, a short walk to the beach, close to the pool and gym. The Amenities were excellent as well.

Somewhere was the perfect place to stay for our small family of four. The location is just right and completely walkable to and from the beach several times a day - even for our 5-year old twins. Actually, Somewhere is the perfect location to walk anywhere in Seaside. The outdoor shower and washer/dryer were so helpful. Somewhere is cozy, clean and just right. It was hard to leave, we miss it already! Thanks for an awesome stay!
