Escape to Seaside for an unforgettable stay at this four-bedroom cottage in Santa Rosa Beach. With space for up to 10 guests, it's perfect for larger groups, has a beautiful interior full of high-end appointments, and several outdoor living areas from outdoor dining to large open decks, and a tower. 

You'll be a mere 120 steps from the beach, close to the Seaside west pool, and just one block from Seaside town center, which you might recognize from the 1998 movie "The Truman Show." The home sits in the heart of the Seaside neighborhood just steps to the private beach access at Pensacola Pavilion.

Step inside this beautifully appointed home to admire its enchanting, one-of-a-kind character. Nautical decor hangs on bright white walls, while West Indies furniture sits in spacious rooms. Numerous cutout windows bathe the living area in natural light.

Gather for a group movie on the DVD- and cable-equipped flat screen, or break out some board games for an evening of fun. Just beyond French doors, the wraparound deck on the main floor is perfect for al fresco dining, or just enjoying a tropical cocktail on a hot summer day. The first floor of the home offers over four outdoor sitting areas with rocking chairs, Adirondack chairs, one covered outdoor dining area, and an additional outdoor dining area with a large picnic table that comfortably seats ten plus guests.

Speaking of dining, the open concept kitchen offers everything you'll need to cook fresh, homemade meals while you're here. Grill up the catch of the day using stainless steel appliances, then serve up your succulent creations at the breakfast bar or the nearby six-seat table. Between the two areas, your whole group can dine together. In the mood for a barbecue? Simply fire up the outdoor grill!

Afterward, take a dip in the community pool, or explore the well-kept neighborhood. You could also stop to rest at the community gazebo, which provides a great vantage point for watching pink- and purple-hued sunsets over the Gulf. If you prefer to stay closer to home, the third-floor tower sits above almost all other homes in the area and gives you a great vantage point for sunsets.

Time to call it a day? Retire for restful slumber in any of the four bedrooms. With a king master bedroom, two additional queen bedrooms, and  two sets of twin bunk beds (four total) in a fun bunk room, up to ten guests are accommodated. The nautical theme is continued in each bedroom, and you'll even find access to a second story large open deck with Adirondack seating and a high-top bar seating  for a nightcap under the stars. 

Wake with a bold Florida sunrise, start a hot pot of coffee in the kitchen, and get ready for a new day of adventures. Connect to the WiFi to plan your agenda. Ready for some road trips? Sight see in other quaint coastal communities by taking a drive on scenic Highway 30A, or opt for some wildlife viewing on a nature hike at Grayton Beach State Park (three miles west).

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. 5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer | 3 night Fall  | 2-night minimum Winter.

We really enjoyed staying in this house and loved the proximity to the square and to the beach. Its a nice area! There were a couple minor things that could have been better. The washing machine had an odor to it that I believe have the house a funny smell. Also, Im the master bedroom, there are no outlets near the bedside table to plug in your phone . Also, our tv didnt work in the master bedroom. Otherwise, it was a lovely house and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Home in Seaside steps from the Beach that is very spacious and comfortable. Home was well laid out and updated. Really like the outdoor shower clean everything off after a good day on the Beach.

Great house with a great location. Amazing attention to detail in this house. The ONLY thing I would say that needs to be changed is the main bed needs to be rotated or replaced as it is sunken on one side. Amazing house and would rent it again!!

This was our first family vacation to Seaside. The home was absolutely lovely - the perfect setting for our first family beach vacation. Amazing location, amenities, friendly and quick to help homeowner community, and just felt like a perfect home away from home. So many precious memories (my favorite was my three year old and I walking in the dark to the beach to watch the sunrise..."shh momma, the sun is sleeping".

Very nice house. Very clean on arrival with adequate towels and kitchen equipment. Hardwood floors were clean which is something I look for. Beds were moderately comfortable. Two and a half baths, while not ideal, was not too bad and we had ten people and a baby. Great that we could park 2 cars in the driveway and 2 out front. A slight problem that there were no closets in two of the bedrooms but we had few hanging clothes. I loved that the house was bright and cheery and the porch was great. Air conditioning worked well. Proximity to the beach was a game changer. I would definitely rent this house again.
