Recently updated, Cherry on Top is an exceptionally large two bedroom home with multiple spacious decks and porches to enhance your Seaside experience.  Sip morning coffee on the front porch or private master deck, relax on the porch swing on the second floor screened porch, enjoy dinner on the large back deck, or watch the sunset from the 3rd floor tower deck.  

Inside the home, numerous windows and high ceilings invite the natural light to stream throughout the home’s variety of living areas.  The first floor features a spacious living room with ample seating and a 55 inch flat screen television, a thoroughly equipped kitchen, and a dining area (seats 8) that encourages lively discussions and board games played late into the night. A charming small den with sleeper sofa can be found at the rear, as well as a freshly renovated (2019) full bath (shower only). At the rear of the home is an enclosed outdoor shower and an expansive deck, shaded by oaks and pines, with outdoor dining for six (and more if the bench is used), as well as Adirondack seating. 

The high ceilings continue on the light and bright second floor, where the king master bedroom includes a comfortable settee and ottoman and private outdoor deck as well as a dedicated study area with desk overlooking the large screened porch.  A state of the art mesh Wi-Fi system streams enhanced speed internet throughout out the entire home.   A generous guest room with two queen beds lies across the landing from the master. The large renovated shared bathroom includes a huge walk-in shower (no tub) and a stacked washer and dryer.  Off the landing, the large screened porch welcomes you with Adirondack seating, a bistro dining set for two, and a swing perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. 

The third floor is truly the “Cherry on Top,” with a welcoming enclosed sitting area  lit by windows across three sides of the room. The enlosed tower room opens to the observation deck with Adirondack chairs.   What a perfect place to enjoy panoramic views, spectacular sunsets, and the night sky! 

Located on Forest Street, the home is within an easy stroll to the beach, the west side pool, the Chapel, Ruskin Place, and all the restaurants and shops of Seaside.  Two complementary rental bikes are included 

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. 5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer | 3-night minimum Fall | 2-night minimum Winter

Seaside is our favorite place to come to. This was our first time renting with Homeowners Collection! They made our stay so much more pleasant. If we needed something they helped.
