Greenpeace has a prime Seaside location just 115 feet to the beach access and one block to downtown Seaside Amphitheater with over 35 shops and restaurants easy walking distance from your front door!  This popular family cottage has a private driveway with designated offstreet parking for two vehicles. Arrive and you are greeted with an outdoor screened in porch with a picnic table for out door dining alfresco or a perfect regroup location with morning coffee. 

An open main level entertains with plenty of room for relaxing in the living room or sitting down for a meal at the bench-style dining area with room for eight. Newly added and updated furnishings include a love seat, chairs and a queen sleeper sofa on this level, as well as the updated kitchen, renovated with all stainless steel appliances. The updated kitchen is complete with stone countertops, an electrical four burner stove, mounted microwave, and dishwasher. This kitchen has everything you need for family meals in. On this level there is a full bath with a tub and shower combo for your guests. 

A large first-floor king primary suite features a seating area for two, plenty of storage, and a large mounted flat screen TV. The renovated ensuite marble bathroom has dual vanities and a glass enclosed walk in shower. Just up the stairs, you’ll find the second bedroom, a queen-sized bedroom with it's own private mounted flat screen TV and an ensuite full bathroom. This bathroom features plenty of storage and a glass enclosed walk in shower.  This bedroom has shared access to the furnished open air porch that runs the length of the front of the home. The third bedroom is a recent custom built in bunk bedroom with built in storage and reading lights and it's own wall mounted flat screen TV. A twin bunk on top and a queen bed on the bottom. This bunk room sleeps 3 and has access to the front open air furnished porch as well.  The open air two Adirondack chaise loungers and an Adirondak rocker, the perfect spot for reading a book or an evening glass of wine.

Apart from the nearby beach, ‘Greenpeace’ offers the distinct advantage of easy access to the plentiful Seaside Town Square offerings, from the Seaside amphitheater with weekly events and farmers market to dining spots, a wine bar, a gourmet market and art galleries.

As an added bonus, the accompanying ‘Greenback’ guesthouse may be rented with ‘Greenpeace’ or separately, providing yet another level of luxury and privacy to guests within this spectacular setting. Located right on West Ruskin Street, the ideal setting and features of this beach cottage are hard to beat. *A non-refundable pet fee of $275.00 (plus sales tax) is required.  Pets Allowed: Please select under pet options and the $275 pet fee will be added to the reservation for online bookings during the checkout process.

* Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum required during Summer and Spring Break; 5 night minimum Spring; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Our first-ever trip to Seaside could not have been any better and our experience with Homeowners Collection exceeded all expectations. Our house was walking distance to the beach with private access and all the great bars & restaurants. Our house rental was immaculate when we arrived and super comfortable for our guests, including being pet-friendly. Will definitely be a return customer!

We had a great time in Seaside. Everything was perfect in the house. Our kids played several of the games every morning that are in one of the cabinets in the den which was a new find for us. The location is perfect for all that seaside has to offer.

Green peace was the perfect stay for our family - 4 adults, a 2 year old and our dog. It was so easy to get to the beach and the pool we had access to was a very short walk. Most of all being right next to the main square was key!

Greenpeace was an awesome beach house. The house is close to beach which is a huge plus. There were 5 adults and a dog and there was plenty of room. I would definitely stay there again!
