Once Upon A Tide II is a very spacious lock-off cottage with a King loft bedroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds to comfortably sleep four in Seaside. Once Upon a Tide II is a lock-off configuration located on a large oversized lot on the most coveted Seaside Avenue. It is centrally located to all things Seaside, one block to Seaside Town Center & the Amphitheater and a short stroll to the beach. There is a very private side entrance with a large open-air porch with outdoor dining for six, the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening nightcap.  

Upon entering, you’re greeted by towering ceilings and an open floor plan with the living area connected to the kitchen and dining room.  The dining room has an ample dining table that comfortably seats six and there is additional breakfast bar seating for four in the kitchen.  There is a full size kitchen with all stainless steel appliances well equipped for any length of stay.

Upstairs is a King bedroom loft with its own large private furnished balcony, the perfect spot to grab some fresh air every morning. The second bedrooms upstairs is a twin bedroom with 2 twin-size beds, again with its own small open-air furnished private balcony overlooking the large landscaped yard, trees, and white picket fences. The king and twin bedroom share a full size bathroom with a tub/shower combo.  Only need a one-bedroom, the lock-off configuration Once Upon a Tide I can be rented and comfortably sleeps 2. 

* Please be advised that some exterior areas of this home are under video surveillance.  HVAC thermostat is locked to not allow air conditioning temperature to be set below 68.

5-night minimum Spring; 3-night minimum Fall; and 2-night minimum Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

We stayed at Once Upon a Tide II and it was a dream. The accommodations were great, plenty of room for our family of 3. And extremely comfortable! My wife and I loved the built-in closet/storage in the Master loft. The Living and Dining areas were comfortable and the Kitchen had everything we needed! Homeowners Collection always does a great job preparing our rental for our stay. This is our 4th stay with them and were already looking through their listings for next year!

The unit was great! It was the perfect size for our family of four. Kitchen was plenty big, and the outdoor amenities were awesome! Loved having access to outdoor seating, dining, and a grill. Would definitely stay there again!

Once Upon A Tide cottage was everything we could have asked for! The interior was so beautiful and we felt right at home. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was marvelous! The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The location of the cottage was really ideal for our group. Everything was just a short stroll and we also had use of the two complimentary bikes that came with the rental, thanks to the Homeowners Collection! We can not wait to stay at Once Upon A Tide again - what a treat the entire trip was!!

Wow - my family and I thoroughly loved staying at Once Upon A Tide. Not only was the location so convenient to everything in Seaside (shops, beach, restaurants), we loved the setting - it was so peaceful and serene. The interior was gorgeous and we were so comfortable, it felt like home! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay at this property again. We hit the jackpot! Thank you to the Homeowners collection for a wonderful recommendation and for all of your help during our stay in Seaside!
