Just a block off the beach, listen to the sounds of rolling waves and the ‘Pitter Patter’ of little feet fresh off the sand when you experience the vacation allure of ‘Pitter Patter’ cottage. This relaxing beach home is perfect for families, from its enclosed front porch to its spacious accommodations.

The welcoming home is found close to Town Center and the water, a comfortable beach home that’s surrounded by tall trees for privacy, yet conveniently close to everything in Seaside. The large front porch creates a desirable setting for rocking chairs and taking in the fresh breeze while the enclosed space proves ideal for those with children.

Once inside, the beach-style theme of the home extends to its comfortable décor, as French doors open up to a newly designed living room with plenty of space for gatherings. Meanwhile, the newly updated kitchen invites guests with an open floor plan, allowing for an elongated quartz breakfast counter and modern, stainless steel appliances.

With an entire wall of windows, the accompanying dining area offers the convenience of a wine cooler and icemaker, with plenty of room to seat eight. The newly remodeled features extend to the half-bath, leading on to an outdoor shower, perfect at the end of a beach day.

The first floor continues with a king-sized primary bedroom and the addition of a spa-inspired primary bath. Continuing on to the second level, guests will find two more bedrooms and two more baths. The queen-sized bedroom delivers with a relaxing window seat, perfect for curling up with a good book or your morning coffee, while the other bedroom features dual bunk beds, ideal for the kids, and completed by a nearby full bath.  

Need more room, Pitter Patter can sleep four in the rear guest cottage, Little Feet.

Pitter Patter was a great 3 bedroom. I loved all the open space and if you are cooking in the kitchen you are still part of the family sitting around. Its a great location and had great fully stocked kitchen. The refrigerator wasn't working and after reporting it Homeowners immediately responded and brought us a replacement. Homeowners is the best rental agency in Seaside.Their properties are always top quality. I would definitely recommend Pitter Patter.

Pitter Patter is a comfortable home in a great location. The furniture is comfortable for rainy days spent inside. The kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the front porch immensely. There is a bit of a parking problem when the guest house has guests. Our car and the front steps were covered in bird poop from the birds in the trees.
