Designed with an inspirational floor plan and inviting exterior, the ‘Play Therapy’ cottage is sure to brighten up your day, with its playful design and comfortable accommodations. This colorful home stands out from the rest, painted in a bright pink that’s sure to be a big hit on your next vacation.

Surrounded by a white picket fence, guests are at once invited into a spectacular wraparound enclosed porch, with plenty of room for a porch swing and extra seating. Meanwhile, the delightful outdoor space opens up to a cozy interior, as double glass doors show off the spacious living room and dining area, surrounding walls of built-ins and a large flat screen TV. The nearby kitchen creates just the right amount of space, complete with stainless steel appliances and a nearby washer and dryer.

Back in the main living area, soaring ceilings lead on the first floor master, complete with a king-sized bed, a vaulted wood plank ceiling and its own private bath. This leads on to a private porch, offering up more outdoor seating and entertaining space. The first floor continues on with a romantic queen-sized bedroom and another newly remodeled bath.

Continuing on to the second level of the home, another light-filled king-sized bedroom enters the space, also including a newly remodeled bath and a private balcony for enjoying the views. Meanwhile, the large loft area at the top of the stairs delights guests with an infusion of natural light, continuing on with high ceilings and a quaint seating area. Guests will uncover a full-sized futon in this versatile space, along with a twin-sized bed and desk.

The seating area leads out to yet another balcony, with more French doors opening up to sun-drenched scenery, and more seating. Even more delightful, a third-floor tower tops off the home, with multiple doors opening up to usher in the ocean breeze, along with room for sitting, dining or entertaining high above Seaside.  

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. 7-night minimum Sat - Sat Spring Break and Summer | 5-night minimum Spring | 3-night Fall | 2-night minimum Winter

Lovely home with an open floor plan and great location. It was in good condition and clean when we checked in. The ice maker was broken and some of the refrigerator doors were missing, but everything else was perfect. The staff had forgotten to leave packets for the dish washer, but brought them when we texted
