This location is just a few steps away from the family pools, fitness center tennis courts and Forest Street park. It also stands right around the corner of Seaside Avenue which will lead you to the beautiful town center and the beach. The cottages have just gone under a luxurious renovation that makes this the perfect three bedroom three bath getaway. In the main house, you will find two separate front porches for your own private space to start your day on wind down and relax. Upon your entrance you will be embraced by an up-to-date coastal ambiance with beautiful modern touches. Warm up by the marble fireplace and watch your favorite movie on the mounted flatscreen TV. There’s enough room for all your loved ones on its spacious sofa and two armchairs. You can enjoy your meals on the six-top dining table and reflect on the memories you’ve made on your day at the beach.

As you wander towards the back of the cottage, you will be greeted by another lounge area for gathering around the kitchen. This space includes a sofa, armchair, and four bar stools as well as a mounted flatscreen TV. As for the modern kitchen, it is updated with a farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances and enough counter space to accommodate cooking for the whole group! You can’t forget the wine bar area right off of the kitchen with an additional wine refrigerator for the refined wine lovers. On each side of the house sits a stunning king bedroom and a mounted flatscreen TV. The rooms both have a full bathroom and a bathtub perfect for a relaxing evening and a glass of your favorite wine. As you enter the loft, you will see a custom built-in double bunk bed with a flatscreen TV and private balcony.The main house also has a spacious laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

Just a few steps away from the main house sits the one bedroom one bath Craig’s Carriage House for the perfect space for the couple who wants just a little  more privacy. On the first floor is the living space with an armchair and mounted flatscreen TV calling for a cozy night in. It’s also equipped with a mini fridge and microwave for easy meals. The bathroom is also on the first floor and is a double vanity for enough space for you and another to get ready for the day. On the second floor lies the kind bedroom with a flatscreen TV and private balcony.

We come to Seaside every summer and have done so for the past 17 years. We were just there for New Years for a wedding and loved our stay at Sawyer Craigs Combo. We typically stay on the front side of Seaside to be closer to the beach, but this time we stayed on Forest to be close to the chapel, since the wedding was there. The house is great, the location was perfect for our stay and we highly recommend it!

This was the perfect house and perfect location for our family to celebrate the wedding of my daughter! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space or to entertain quests. I love being able to walk wherever we needed to go. Kids loved the Pickle Ball court! Will come again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sawyer / Craig combo! I would highly recommend this home to anyone coming to Seaside. It is beautifully decorated and located on a quiet street. We had 8 adults stay here comfortably. The carriage house was not clean upon arrival, but Homeowners Collection took care of this for us ASAP. Make sure to bring beach towels as this home only came with 2. There are no kitchen basics as well (salt, pepper, oil, etc). My only suggestion would be to potentially find a way to curtain off the loft area as it is right off the kitchen with no privacy. All in all, we would stay here again in a heart beat!

We stay in Seaside almost every year and this is one of our best stays! The furnishings were beautiful and the house was very comfortable. We loved having morning coffee on the front porch. The only negative was the floors were very dirty in the kitchen area and main entrance. It looks like they are finished with wax instead of urethane and the wax is dirty. The carpet that leads to the loft is very dirty and is probably due to the wax as well. We left our socks on and didn't' let the floors hamper our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Newly renovated and great layout with living room and bedroom on opposite side of house from the kitchen/keeping room and 2nd bedroom creating two separate areas to hang out in. The separate cottage is great for additional privacy away from the main home. While the home is toward the back of seaside it is still very close to the beach.
