Southern Exposure is beachfront with incredible multiple porches with outdoor dining and beachfront chaise loungers on the East side of the home and directly off the living room is bar top seating for two with the most incredible panoramic gulf views and sunsets to be had.

The three bedrooms are down each with their own private bathrooms. The king primary suite has a large mounted flat screen TV, an updated private ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The true gem of the primary suite is the private open-air porch with Adirondack seating for two, a perfect morning coffee spot surrounded by a cool ocean breeze and the sound of the waves.  The second bedroom, a queen, has a flat-screen TV, plenty of storage, and an adjacent full bathroom with a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The third bedroom down, another queen, has a mounted flat-screen TV, and a newly added private bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and a single vanity. This queen room as well has its own open-air porch with seating, another perfect morning coffee location.

On the second floor, you will find a combined open floor plan where gulf views and outdoor living abound. The updated kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances and bar seating for three more. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats four with access to the large wrap-around side porch that features outdoor dining for four more and two chaise loungers with incredible sweeping gulf views. The perfect location for dining alfresco and watching the most incredible sunsets.  The living room is surrounded by windows with gulf views, large sofas with plenty of seating for all, and a large mounted flat-screen TV. Off the living room is another covered beachfront balcony with bar-top seating for four and incredible beachfront gulf views and sunsets. There is a half bath off the living areas up. Additional outdoor seating areas are on the side of the home, an outdoor shower, and there is a large charcoal grill off the front of the home perfect for grilling out.

* 7-night minimum Sat to Sat in Summer; 5-night minimum Spring & Spring Break; 3-night minimum Fall & Holiday; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years old to rent and check in.

Location makes this cottage a perfect vacation spot. With all the amenities and 15 steps to the beach access and half a block walk to all the food, wine and stores you need. Everyone has whatever they look for when vacationing. Will return again!

Wonderful, cozy home with perfect views of the gulf! Kitchen is well-equipped for homemade meals to enjoy on the outdoor porches. VERY close to the beach entrance - great home for families!

We were able to stay at the beautiful home right on the beach during the Wine Festival at Seaside. The upstairs porch became my favorite morning and evening spot for amazing views. The home was very comfortable with everything you could need for 2 or for 6. Southern Exposure is my new favorite and am already planning to come back.

We've been to Seaside quite a few times, but never have stayed on the ocean side. Loved waking up to an ocean view. Everything was very neat and clean. We will try to book Southern Exposure again our next trip.

This home was so amazing! Ive stayed in a ton of vacation homes and this is one of my favorites. So cozy and clean. The decor and style was so cute! The best view and breakfast:dinner area outside on the side balcony. I would go back!
