Vast, luxurious, and enjoyable describe The Station cottage and we think you’ll feel the same way once you’ve experienced it.

As you initially walk up to the cottage, you’ll see that it’s surrounded by magnificent, towering trees and a classic, white picket fence. The next thing you’ll see is that each of the three stories has its own furnished balcony — always the perfect place for a cozy hangout in the bright Florida sun.

Inside on the first floor, you’ll see that the large dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, and living area look as though they were designed just for you and your family. Complete with a fireplace, you’ll also have access to the front and side porches and a half-bath. You’ll surely enjoy spending lots of time here — hanging out, cooking meals, and just relaxing. The area is complete with elegant fixtures and lovely Seaside-esque art. On the first floor, you’ll also find the first of two primary bedrooms, complete with its own private bathroom and porch access.

Upstairs, passing by another sitting area with its own TV, you’ve got three more bedrooms: another primary, a King bedroom, and a twin bedroom. Each room has its own private bathroom here as well. You also have easy access to the beautiful, furnished porches.

Lastly, head up to the third-floor tower where you’ll see a splendid view of Seaside and a swing. Take in the sun here every morning with a fresh mug of coffee or wind down at night with a refreshing cocktail and watch the sunset.

The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath cottage itself is located just minutes from the Westside pool, the beach, and the downtown area. It’s the perfect place for families with children or several couples. 

* 5 night minimum for Summer 2024.  5 night minimum in Spring & Spring Break; 3 night minimum for Fall; 2 night minimum Winter.  Sat to Sat 7 night minimum Summer.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

We have vacationed at Seaside for over 30 years and The Station is by far our favorite house! The house is in the best location, near the beach, pool, shopping and dining! Plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The tower provides beautiful views of Seaside, the gulf and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen is stocked with quality dishes, utensils and appliances and the furniture is beautiful, updated and comfortable!The Station and Homeowners Collection did not disappoint!We had a wonderful week!

We were actually supposed to stay at a another house through another rental company the week of our stay, but the reservation was cancelled due to mold the day before our flight left. Homeowners Collection went above and beyond to help us find something that suited our family's needs, with such short notice. 10/10 will be using Homeowners Collection in the future!
