A bright pink door welcomes you onto a generous front porch with an outdoor dining area, picnic table, Adirondack seating for two, and views of a private side yard with a charcoal grill. Inside, the first floor features an open-concept living space with stylish new furnishings, two designer sofas, two club chairs, and a central flat-screen TV ideal for movie nights. The adjacent dining area offers a large table for six beneath a beautiful chandelier, while the fully renovated kitchen showcases a central island with seating for four, quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, premium appliances, a five-burner Dacor gas stove, and abundant built-in storage with everything needed for family meals. At the rear of the home is the first bedroom with a built-in queen bed, custom storage, a small closet, and access to a shared full bath with a single vanity and glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

Upstairs, you’ll find two king bedrooms plus a built-in twin bunk nook. The king primary bedroom features a dresser, charming built-in bay window, and a private ensuite with a single vanity and a new deep soaker tub/shower. This suite also opens onto a screened porch with a cozy bench swing—perfect for unwinding with an evening nightcap. The third bedroom is another spacious king that shares a fully renovated bath with a single vanity and deep soaker tub/shower combination. We had an incredible stay with the Homeowners Collection in Seaside, FL! Our home, Southern Splendor, was nothing short of amazing—immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and full of cozy charm. The location couldnt have been better—just a short stroll to both the beach and the Seaside town square. It was the perfect spot to enjoy everything Seaside has to offer.We did need to reach out to the management team during our stay, and they were outstanding—friendly, responsive, and professional. We stayed at Southern Splendor over spring break and loved it! The home was beautiful and very clean. Its in a great location for quiet but easy access to the town and the beach. All of the amenities were lovely. The property rental group was very responsive. Overall a wonderful stay!

Our family of 9 LOVED our stayin this cottage! 3 bedrooms and 3 roomy bathrooms were perfect for us! The kids loved the bunkroom and the tower room upstairs! The location was just a quick walk to the beach and the town! The property was clean and decorated with lots of fun artwork! The porches were so inviting to relax on! Homeowner's communicated with us many times to see if there was anything they could do for us! Highly recommend staying here!
