A Guest Damage Waiver in the amount of $45.00 will be collected on each reservation. This non-refundable damage waiver fee does NOT cover intentional damage, theft or breach of policies. The damage wavier is limited to a maximum of $3,000.00 unintentional and/or accidental damage per stay. This Guest Damage Waiver covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $3,000.00 will be charged to the credit card on file. Additionally, some of our cottages require a refundable damage deposit that is held during your stay and returned after the cottage has been inspected on departure.
