Perfect location to walk to beach and shops . Its a great beach house. Very clean. Had everything one could want. Sunsets were the best part for us. Beautiful view of the ocean from upstairs balcony.

Have rented this cottage multiple times. Whether morning coffee or afternoon cocktails, the porch is perfect! There is a daybed swing for reading or napping with gentle ocean breezes and lapping waves. Easy walk to beach, close to pavillion, as well as Seaside shops and restaurants.

Our rental was ready and clean when we arrived. We requested a Keurig coffee machine which was promptly delivered (a brand new one). We really enjoyed this unit due to location and how nice it was.
