The inviting space features a flat-screen television and comfortable seating, providing a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen includes stylish bar seating for three, making mealtime a breeze. Step onto the covered outdoor balcony, where you can unwind in Adirondack chairs for four while enjoying stunning vistas of the Seaside Amphitheater and the shimmering Gulf in the distance.

A beautifully crafted staircase leads you to the upper level, where the Queen Master bedroom awaits. This serene retreat boasts vaulted ceilings, custom built-in storage, and a lovely vanity desk, enhancing your comfort and convenience. Large windows provide spectacular Gulf views, and a cozy bay window nook offers the ideal place to relax and watch the world go by. The second level is home to an additional double bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed, (this bedroom is only accessible via an outdoor patio), which inclusdes a comfortable outdoor seating area perfect for unwinding under the stars. The clever design incorporates a Junior Bunk Nook, providing extra sleeping space for two guests. Both bedrooms share a beautifully renovated full bathroom, complete with a double vanity and luxurious walk-in shower.

* 5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer; 3 Night Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Access to 3 swimming pools, 5 Clay tennis & 3 Pickle ball courts (court fees apply),  and a fitness center
  • Welcome tote with 2 beach towels, a bottle of wine, 2 complimentary rental bikes for pickup at Seaside Transit Authority
  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.
  • This unit receives one parking pass. Additional vehicles can pay the daily rate to park in the paid parking areas.

The place was great. Perfect location. Love that there is a coffee shop right downstairs. It was clean and well stocked.The were very easy to get a hold of if we had any question and worked with us on our arrival time.

We absolutely loved our stay. From the magical location to the cozy accommodations we couldnt have been happier! Hoping to come back year after year, absolutely spoiled with having the ability to never even get in our car once we got to our condo. We just had the best time!

We loved our stay in Seaside! The condo was beautifully decorated and we felt at home for the week! Loved the patio over looking the square where we had our coffee every morning! All the special touches from Homeowners Collection were above and beyond! We absolutely loved the location and were so thankful for parking spots! We cant wait to come back!!!

The house and location were great! The property management company was very responsive. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the property's general condition is that the reserved parking spaces were often full, and the WiFi was slow. I had to go downstairs to the coffee shop when I need to work.
