Alta Vista is a luxury penthouse located at the center of it all at on the third floor of the Central Square Seaside, Florida condos over looking the Seaside Amphitheater with sweeping 360 degree panoramic Seaside town views, gulf views, and sunsets from your expansive private balcony!  This location is only a 2 minute walk to the beach access at Coleman Pavilion and only a 1 minute walk to over 35 shops and restaurants just steps from your door. 

You can park in your designated parking spot for one directly behind your private penthouse access by a private elevator to the third floor unit. The doors open to an updated modern penthouse with an open floor plan offering combined kitchen, living, and dining all complete with gulf views! The generous living room offers a large sectional and two additional club chairs with a large 65-inch flat screen mounted TV perfect for those family movie nights or game nights in. (this home is complete with surround sound and full audio) Off the living room is the family favorite, a private large furnished balcony with outdoor dining for six and additional bar seating for two more. This private patio offers some of the best panoramic Seaside, Florida views and incredible sunsets or sunrises to be had! 

Back inside the modern gourmet kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a family meal at home. The gourmet kitchen has a six burner Viking stove complete with the conveinence of a pot filler, a coffee pot plus a Keurig, breakfast bar seating for three more, a large double door fridge, and an adjacent wet bar.  This kitchen has plenty of built in storage and custom cabinets as well as many options of upscale cookware.  The adjacent wet bar is complete with a beverage fridge, a prep sink, and an ice maker!

There are two bedrooms on this floor as well, both king bedrooms. The first a very spacious king primary suite with ensuite bathroom and its own private balcony. This sizeable king  has a desk perfect for working remote, a large mounted flat screen TV, a dresser, and a closet. The ajacent covered open air balcony has seating for two and Seaside town and roof top views, a perfect location to enjoy your morning coffe. The ensuite bathroom has dual vanities, a deep soaker tub, and a walk in shower. Just down the hall is the second bedroom, another king. This king features its own mounted flat screen TV, an ample closet, and has an adjacent shared full hall bath. The full hall bathroom has a single vanity and a glass enclosed walk in shower. Off this bedroom is a bonus built in bunk area in the hallway that has slightly smaller than twin custom built in twin bunks, perfect for younger kids. (perfect for kids ages 12 or younger)  

You will enjoy incredible views from above at Alta Vista overlooking all of Seaside, the gulf of Mexico, and watching the most incredible sunsets as you listen to the sounds of the waves and enjoy the gulf breezes.  Other plus amenities Alta Vista is complete with stackable washer & dryer for your convenience, and an outdoor shower outside the main door entrance, plus private designated parking for one at the condo entrance. (unit comes with two parking passes).

*5 night minimum for Spring Break & Summer, 4 Nights minimum other year round. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Alta Vista was a terrific place to stay in the heart of Seaside. We enjoyed the location, the goody bag, the place itself was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about Alta Vista! The location was terrific and the interior was decorated so beautifully. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. We really appreciated the goody bag with wine and beach towels - and coffee so we could start our day without going to the grocery store! Loved going through homeowners collection - seamless check in and courteous service. We will be back!
