Your Seaside getaway begins on the expansive open-air front porch, furnished with Adirondack seating for four and overlooking the quiet, shaded stretch of Forest Street. This welcoming outdoor space is ideal for enjoying morning coffee, afternoon breezes, or evening cocktails beneath the trees.

Step inside on the first floor to find two comfortable queen bedrooms, both conveniently located near the porch and sharing a full hallway bathroom—an ideal setup for guests seeking easy access and privacy.

Open-Concept Living with Expansive Outdoor Space

Climb the central staircase to the second floor, where an open-concept living area brings together the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences and features a breakfast bar with seating for four. Nearby, the dining table comfortably seats six, making it easy to gather for meals after a day at the beach.

The living room offers ample seating and a large mounted flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxed movie nights. We had a wonderful time with our three kids in Seaside. The house is perfectly appointed with nice sized rooms and great family area. Our favorite was the upstairs patio- perfect for morning coffee and lounging/reading and game playing on the outdoor table. We love the amenities and the quiet street walking distance from the beach and private beach access. We will be back!!

This house is amazing and the best spot ever!!! This is our fourth house in Seaside and the best one yet, we loved it SO much! Super short walk to everywhere!!! Pool is literally in your front yard and the private beach pavilion is just a short walk past that! You literally cannot beat this location! My family and I enjoyed our stay and will be back next year! Thank you!!!
