When a comfortable and lovely space is all you need, the ‘Beach Music’ cottage (formerly Luck of the Draw) provides the ideal setting for a vacation to quaint Seaside. This intimate guest cottage delivers the perfect fit for a couple’s getaway, where everything is equipped to comfortably house two, with just the right amount of living space. A short stroll from the beach, the ‘Beach Music’ cottage rewards its visitors with a winning combination of location matched with charming attributes.

The brightly hued exterior of ‘Beach Music’ blends traditional beach-style living with the convenience of your own personal space. The bright pink cottage opens up to more natural hues inside, where a rustic wood ceiling tops a main living space equipped with a warm and comfortable living room, kitchen and accompanying dining area, all infused with plenty of natural light from the many glass doors and windows. As well, the cottage benefits from the advantage of new flooring. Outside the living room is an open air deck with bistro seating for two perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. From this location so close to the beach, you can often hear the crash of the waves.

A spiral staircase winds to the second level of the cottage where the queen-sized primary suite comes into view. A charming four-poster bed fills the space, along with a television and night table. Wainscot paneling provides additional depth to the room, while a shower in the primary bath supplies extra convenience.

Off the primary suite, there is a balcony with a small seating area, perfect for grabbing a cup of coffee while the sun comes up.

From its white picket fence and lushly landscaped property to its vibrantly colored exterior and peaceful interior, there’s plenty to enjoy about a vacation with a prime location to the beach and all things Seaside, Florida.

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall | 2-night minimum Winter.

Loved being so close to the beach-Just steps away! Very clean and cozy! Spiral staircase -wow! Comfy bed! Miniature bath/shower-don't thing about turning around in there! Loved the porches, but needed chairs upstairs to enjoy the view! Outdoor shower needs to be on opposite side of house away from air conditioning units and needs to have a cement foundation rather than dirt base. Overall, great beach getaway!

This was our first time staying at this cottage. The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach and the town center. The cottage is the perfect size for a couple. The bathroom is tiny but there was plenty of storage. We enjoyed the outdoor areas, sitting on the porch with a glass of wine from our welcome gift (thank you!) and watching everyone go by. We used our complimentary passes to get bikes and enjoyed several rides through the neighborhood. If you like yoga, I recommend the class that's offered in town with a view of the gulf. Great way to start the day!

The bathroom needs a general overhaul. The shower control was in excusably in poor shape. Otherwise, the rest of the house was very pleasant

I cannot recommend Homeowner's Collection enough. The booking and check-in process was very easy and they were great at communicating leading up to and throughout our stay. Luck of the Draw was PERFECT for a romantic couples getaway and the location can't be beat - only steps away from both the beach and central square. A few things to note - the bedroom is very bright in the morning, so bring a sleep mask if you rise with the sun and want to sleep a bit later. Also, rinse your sandy feet at the beach pavilion since the outdoor shower for this house is located directly above the a/c unit and isn't very accessible. Overall, everything was great and we look forward to another trip booked through Homeowner's Collection in the future.

Luck of the Draw is an adorable cottage and perfect for anniversary getaway. The location was great being tough blocks from Center Square and across the street from the private beach access. The welcome package was a nice surprise. Would highly recommend!

The house was very clean. I would suggest a slightly bigger more comfortable couch. The spiral staircase made it hard to bring luggage up so we just kept it downstairs. The location was great and the bed was very comfortable.

This cottage was the perfect size for a couple! My husband and I had the best time. We are all about location & you cannot get a better location for the Seaside town square or private beach access than this! We will 100% be staying here again!!

It was great. The only thing we really missed was a washer/dryer and I didn't realize those didn't come with the rental. Otherwise, brilliant little cottage.

Luck of the Draw was a sweet little place! Wonderful location for getting to town, the beach, and the pool. The two rental bikes that came with the stay were great. Plenty of kitchen items, but a small dorm size refrigerator. You can't beat the sunsets or how wonderful the neighborhood association keeps the grounds. We did have a few concerns with our stay unfortunately. The bathroom is extremely small and in need of updating. The shower is 18" x 18", and is tight. Also, the unit does not have a washer and dryer which can be tricky with beach towels. Home Owners collection offered to bring us a fresh set of towels half-way through our stay. We had some small black bugs on the bedroom floor. Not ants, but similar. They appeared to be coming through the deck door. You will also need to bring a dust pan. We could sweep up sand, but were unable to pick it up. Overall we had a great time, and were very appreciative of the attention to concerns by Homeowner's Collection.
