Prime Location in Seaside, Florida Escape to Beach Music, a charming guest cottage located directly on 30A, just 69 feet from the beach access at Pensacola. With downtown Seaside only a 3-minute walk away, you'll be steps away from over 35 shops and restaurants!

Charming Exterior Arrive via a private footpath and enjoy your own bistro seating area—perfect for savoring your morning coffee or an evening drink. There’s also a private charcoal grill for those cozy dinners at home.

The brightly hued exterior of ‘Beach Music’ blends traditional beach-style living with the convenience of your own personal space. The bright pink cottage opens up to more natural hues inside, where a rustic wood ceiling tops a main living space equipped with a warm and comfortable living room, kitchen and accompanying dining area, all infused with plenty of natural light from the many glass doors and windows. As well, the cottage benefits from the advantage of new flooring. Outside the living room is an open air deck with bistro seating for two perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. From this location so close to the beach, you can often hear the crash of the waves.

There is an efficiency kitchen perfect for a quick weekend beach escape complete with an under counter fridge, four burner stove top, microwave, a convection toaster, and a coffee pot.  (no freezer, oven, or dishwasher)  Just across from the kitchen is the open dining area with a table that comfortably seats two. And across is the open living area with a sofa.  There are double doors that lead to the open rear deck that features Adirondack seating for two, a perfect set up to enjoy an evening glass of wine while you listen to the nearby waves crash in the background and feel the ocean breezes.

A spiral staircase winds to the second level of the cottage where the queen-sized primary suite comes into view. There is a bright white bed, with a small nightstand and lighting. Across from the queen is a large armoir with ample storate and an additional dresser. There is a large private flat screen TV above the dresser.  A Wainscot paneling provides additional depth to the room, while a shower in the primary bath supplies extra convenience. The best surprise is the adjacent open air Juliette balcony that has seating for two, perfect to sip your morning coffee while listening to the sounds of the ocean or watching the sunrise.

From its white picket fence to its vibrantly colored exterior and peaceful interior, there’s plenty to enjoy about a vacation with a prime location to the beach and all things Seaside, Florida.

* 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall. 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  •  Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

This was our first time staying at this cottage. The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach and the town center. The cottage is the perfect size for a couple. The bathroom is tiny but there was plenty of storage. We enjoyed the outdoor areas, sitting on the porch with a glass of wine from our welcome gift (thank you!) and watching everyone go by. We used our complimentary passes to get bikes and enjoyed several rides through the neighborhood. If you like yoga, I recommend the class that's offered in town with a view of the gulf. Great way to start the day!

Luck of the Draw is an adorable cottage and perfect for anniversary getaway. The location was great being tough blocks from Center Square and across the street from the private beach access. The welcome package was a nice surprise. Would highly recommend!

This cottage was the perfect size for a couple! My husband and I had the best time. We are all about location & you cannot get a better location for the Seaside town square or private beach access than this! We will 100% be staying here again!!
