Sink into a Romantic Weekend at the Seaside Cottage ‘Beachside Kiss’!

Conveniently located in Seaside, FL’s town square- this three-bedroom, two-bathroom beach home is perfect for your next getaway.  The single floor home can comfortably sleep eight guests.  The gorgeous new lounge furniture on the large front porch is perfect for people-watching while you enjoy your morning coffee.  The home is equipped with a large-sized flat-screen HD TV and a dining table that seats eight.  From the large living room to the gourmet kitchen, you’ll be inspired to relax and enjoy every moment of your stay.  The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is stocked with Emeril Lagasse pots and pans so that you can create masterwork meals when you want. 

In the Florida room, just off of the dining room, you’ll find a queen sleeper sofa for two and a sitting area.  This space can be curtained off giving you or your guests privacy and separating them from the main living areas. 

The bedrooms are tucked away just off the main living areas.  In the king primary suite, you’ll find a private primary bathroom complete with a marble sink top and a bathtub and shower.  It also has a flat-screen TV for your downtime.  The king guest room also has a flat-screen TV tucked away in an elegant armoire.  The room has a twin bunk bed to accommodate two guests.  These two guest rooms share a common bathroom that features granite countertops and a bath/shower combo. 

When you come in from the beach, you’ll be able to rinse off in the outside shower on the back deck area.  If you need additional guest accommodations, the guest house, Moonlight Hug, is also available to rent.  

* 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car.  Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

This is a lovely home in a great location. The ambiance of the home is relaxing. The walk to the beach and the square are easy. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved sitting on the porch in the morning before everyone woke up.

Very good. But checkout should be no Earlier than 11:00 am. Preferably noon. The earlier checkout at 10:00, forces you to spend half the previous day packing up, cutting into the quality time of your stay.
