‘A Beautiful Day’ in Seaside, FL, has officially joined our rental program!  This updated two-bedroom, two-bath cottage is situated just four houses away from Seaside’s private beach access at East Ruskin pavilion and 1/2 a block to downtown Seaside. This coastal gem offers an unforgettable Seaside experience. 

Upon arrival, guests can park in their private driveway and make their way towards an inviting, screened-in front porch that overlooks the tranquil East Ruskin Street and is complete with cushioned lounge furniture and a comfortable bed swing. What a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Step inside to be greeted by an open, airy living space accompanied by a large flatscreen TV and comfortable seating for all. An updated fully equipped kitchen sits perfectly amongst the open floor plan, featuring bar top seating for four, stainless steel appliances and a set of convenient outdoor access doors. A dining table lives under a beautiful light fixture and faces the kitchen, where guests can commune over a delicious meal with the gang or relax and sip wine while dinner is being prepared.

The first level offers two bedrooms- first is a king primary bedroom at the front of the home with a private ensuite bathroom. The king primary features a dresser, a large mounted flatscreen TV, and a small closet. Its private, coastal bathroom features a single marble vanity and a glass-enclosed tub and shower combination. The second bedroom on this level is at the rear of the home and has a queen bed, a large mounted flat-screen TV, a small closet, and a dresser. There is an adjacent full bath that features a marble single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. (this bathroom serves the main living areas as well) 

A second story loft space, accessible by a ship's ladder, holds two additional queen beds-perfect for the kiddos or any additional guests that are along for the fun. Off the rear of the home is an open-air deck, featuring outdoor dining for eight and a gas grill perfect for cooking out and dining al fresco under the stars. What a sweet little bungalow perfectly located just a block away from "town" and the beach. Loved sitting on the porch swing with the fans overhead listening to the rain.

I was hoping for a small beach side bungalow for my husband and myself. When I saw the pictures of A Beautiful Day I knew I had found our spot. It was very charming and with the high ceilings it felt larger than it actually was. We spent a lot of time in the front porch swing. The location was perfect. Once we arrived we never had to get in the car again. We walked or rode bikes everywhere. The small town of Seaside was one street over. The private beach access was right across the street. The property managers were so friendly and helpful.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time staying at A Beautiful Day in Seaside! The management company was more than helpful with every detail thought of. We loved the cottage so much. It was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, as were the furnishings. The location could not be beat - so close to everything! We would love to stay here again!
