Ideally located just four houses down from East Ruskin’s private beach access, “A Beautiful Day” promises a memorable coastal getaway! This charming two-bedroom, two-bath cottage is just steps from the beach and a half-block from downtown Seaside, where you'll find over 35 dining and shopping options right at your fingertips. 

Step onto the spacious screened-in front porch, where you'll find inviting lounge seating, club chairs, and a swing, creating a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The open floor plan on the first level features a living area with a flat-screen TV and comfortbale seating for all, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a bar-style table seating  four, and an additonal dining area that comfortably seats eight. 

The king master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom, built-in storage, and another flat-screen TV, while the second bedroom features a queen bed, a private bathroom, and its own large TV. For additional guests, climb the ship's ladder in the living area to discover two bonus queen beds. 

Enjoy al fresco dining on the outdoor rear deck, equipped with seating for eight and a gas grill, surrounded by greenery and the calming sounds of the gulf. “A Beautiful Day” truly lives up to its name!

This cottage has a wonderful deep screened porch with comfortable furniture which was perfect (and perfectly dry) during the very rainy two days of hurricane Helene. It was perfect for napping, morning coffee, and people-watching. The location cannot be beat, Its steps from the beach, one street from the center of town, and in the older part of Seaside, which we prefer. The cottage is well-appointed with two nice bedrooms and baths. The kitchen had everything we needed, though we did not cook much during our stay. We did not use the sleeping loft. There was good storage in the bathrooms, fair storage in the bedrooms. My only negative was that there were so many throw pillows on beds and sofas, they took up too much room in closets or bedrooms. I should probably have climbed the ladder to the loft to put them up there!

A Beautiful Day looks like a tiny cottage. Its not! Two nice bedrooms with 2 full baths. The kitchen has everything you need with a dining room area that can seat 8 easily. The den area is spacious. There is a loft area with more bedding. The BEST part of this house is the porch!!!! We lived out there even in 90 degree weather. House was spotlessly clean and well kept. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The house was a great size for our family of 7 (including the baby). We had 2 6'+ kids stay in the loft, and that was a little challenging, but a good spot for them. The location is perfect and would definitely stay there again.

I was hoping for a small beach side bungalow for my husband and myself. When I saw the pictures of A Beautiful Day I knew I had found our spot. It was very charming and with the high ceilings it felt larger than it actually was. We spent a lot of time in the front porch swing. The location was perfect. Once we arrived we never had to get in the car again. We walked or rode bikes everywhere. The small town of Seaside was one street over. The private beach access was right across the street. The property managers were so friendly and helpful.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time staying at A Beautiful Day in Seaside! The management company was more than helpful with every detail thought of. We loved the cottage so much. It was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, as were the furnishings. The location could not be beat - so close to everything! We would love to stay here again!
