The first floor features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom, complete with luxurious tubs and walk-in showers. Upstairs, the second floor offers additional sleeping arrangements, including a queen bedroom that boasts its own private screened porch—an idyllic place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a quiet moment with an afternoon book. Another bedroom on this floor features two twin beds, perfect for younger guests or siblings looking to share a space. These rooms are connected by a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom, making them a great option for children or extended family members. Additionally, there is a cozy bonus room on the second floor with a single twin bed, providing even more flexibility for your group’s sleeping arrangements.

  • Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage and 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car.
  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

The layout of this house worked perfectly for our family of 3 couples plus two children. We also loved the screened in porch for sandy shoes and strollers as well as relaxing. Location is ideal! Walk to everything that Seaside offers.

Homeowners Collection always meets or exceeds expectations. Ive been up and down 30-A for twenty-five years. Ive stayed at friends homes, friends/family rentals in all seasons as well as rentals through more agencies that I can easily recall. Since kiddos came along, Seaside is the only place that checks all boxes and never disappoints. Worth it.
