Located just above Seaside’s Central Square, the new owners of BEWILDERED have converted the unit to BEWILDERED … NO MORE. The spacious two-story condo, steps from the beach, shops, and restaurants, has undergone a complete to the studs renovation in Spring 2021 with all new furnishings.  

On entry, you and your guests will be greeted by an open Kitchen-Dining-Family Room-Balcony on level one. An 11’ island, with seating for five facing both the newly remodeled kitchen (with induction stovetop, Liebherr refrigerator, and Kitchen Aid oven/microwave) and the family room – with a large screen TV, sleeper sofa/couch, and three comfy chairs. Adjacent to the island is the dining table for six with window views to the west – perfect for sunset dinners. An outdoor balcony with café table and chairs invites evening cocktails while overlooking the Gulf, Seaside homes, and 30A. A new half-bath is situated steps above the family room. A stackable washer/dryer is also on level one. In addition, just outside the condo, guests are welcome to use the common exterior courtyard with comfortable seating and more breathtaking views. 

Upstairs, a primary bedroom with king bed, large screen TV, and luxurious private bathroom, replete with lounging tub and separate shower, trough sink, vanity, and more. The second bedroom features two twin beds, a desk, and closet, and a second remodeled bath steps away. As a Seaside surprise, the upstairs hallway leads to a hidden gem – a private rooftop patio, outfitted with two lounge chairs, couch for three, tables, drink bar, stools, refrigerator, and sink. A draw day and night, Bewildered … No More’s patio has an awesome window view looking out directly to the Seaside Pavilion and the Gulf of Mexico. 

Bewildered … No More is an art lover’s paradise as well, featuring mesmerizing photos by world-renowned photographers and a 6’ Mermaid sculpture adorning the wall leading to the bedrooms.  Photographic displays throughout the upstairs keep guests enthralled.  

Bewildered … No More is part of the residential-commercial building designed by two of America’s esteemed architects, Rodolfo Machado and Jorge Silvetti. The building received the Massachusetts Design Award in 1991 and the Progressive Architecture Citation in 1992. Its location puts you in the heart of Seaside. 

The unit features two conveniently located beach access points at Coleman Pavilion and Seaside Pavilion located at the town center. For the book and art lover and beachgoer, this pristine penthouse combines the comforts of home with memorable views of Seaside and the Gulf of Mexico. 

This unit does not have an assigned parking spot, but parking (on a first-come-first-serve basis) is available behind the 25 Central Square building. There is a secure keypad elevator to the third-floor entry.  

5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break & Summer | 3-night Fall |  2-night minimum winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Hands down, the best rental Ive stayed at so far. I stayed here for my wedding and it was perfect. We had enough space to comfortably entertain downstairs and then have the upstairs for some privacy to get ready. Everything is new and freshly renovated and the views are spectacular. Downstairs was perfect for me to get hair and makeup done and the 3 bathrooms are critical for when people come visit. The bathrooms are all brand new and people loved the space, as we did! The kitchen has lots of plates and glasses to help entertain, and our guests also loved the outdoor space upstairs. 5 stars!!!! Best rental so far!!!

We arrived late late at night and were glad to find the access codes worked as promised. Seaside Beach had been closed the afternoon we arrived and curfews went into effect. No fault of the rental agency, as they did not have information ahead of time and were very apologetic. They referred us to other local beaches that remained open. We had a great time renting paddleboards at the boat house, riding bikes, and in the local shops. The rental was also great, providing a view from the balcony of each sunset Kitchen was just right for eating in and the washer/dryer was super helpful. Only change I would make would be switching out the queen bed in the 2nd BR for 2 twins.
