Available during the off seasons only, is Big Pink 3. A three bedroom configuration is availble all within steps to Seaside Avenue, Ruskin Park, and a short walk to the beach. This home has a long private driveway with parking easily for two cars. You enter the home and are greated by a large wrap around open air porch complete with bench seating and a swing perfect for morning coffee or the perfect spot for an afternoon book. 

Step inside an see the bright and cheery living froooom with dual sofas and two club chairs with plenty of seating for all. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats six  to eight and is adjacent to the updated kitchen. The kitchen features breakfast bar seating for six more is bright and white with a large farmhouse sink.  There is also a half bath off the living areas for guest use. The true gem of the home is the favorite rear screened in porch with bright and cheery outdoor furniture with a gliding swing, rockers for four, and a bistro sitting area. The porch is surrounded by a very private lush yard and off the rear is a gas grill perfect for cooking out after a long day at the beach. 

The first bedroom is located on the first floor a queen with its own renovated private bathroom featruing a single vanity and a glass enclosed shower. The second bedroom is the king master suite on the second floor with a large mounted flat screen TV, and it's own update private bathroom a single vanity and a glass enclosed walk in shower. The third bedroom on the second floor is the bunk room with a twin bedroom and a bunk, sleeping three in all with it's own private bathroom with a single vanity and a tub & shower combo a pefect spot for the kids. 

Ascend the stairs to the third floor of the home and discover the glass enclosed tower with incredible tree top and town views, wrap around bench seating, and a TV, a perfect escape and hang out spot for kids or teens. There is a washer/dryer closet on the second floor with a full size washer and dryer.

We loved Big Pink! We can't say enough great things about the home itself. The location was perfect for us. A quick walk to the town center where the shops and restaurants are. The beach was just steps from the town center as well. We loved the porches so much and everything was nice and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was a wonderful vacation from start to finish.

Our family enjoyed the Big Pink house so much that we cannot wait to return! The location was ideal - we were able to walk everywhere including the restaurants, shops and beach! Although we were so close, we still felt like we had our privacy and enjoyed the quiet serene setting. The house itself is fantastic. Clean and tidy. Everyone was very comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us! We definitely will return to Big Pink on our next visit!
