Big Pink 2 is a classic Seaside two-bedroom cottage located just steps from Seaside Avenue and Ruskin Park, with the beach only a short walk away. This central location places guests within easy walking distance of the shoreline, Seaside town center, shopping, dining, and community events—making it an ideal home base for experiencing all that Seaside has to offer.

Arrival & Wrap-Around Front Porch

The home features a long private driveway with parking for two vehicles, a valuable amenity in Seaside. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a large wrap-around open-air porch with bench seating and a porch swing. This inviting space is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or relaxing in the evening breeze.

Main Living Areas & Kitchen

Inside, the first floor opens to a bright and comfortable living room furnished with dual sofas and two club chairs, offering ample seating for gathering after beach days. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six to eight guests and flows seamlessly into the updated kitchen.

The kitchen is bright and white, featuring breakfast bar seating for six, a large farmhouse sink, and generous counter space for preparing meals. A half bath is conveniently located off the main living areas for guest use.

Screened Rear Porch & Outdoor Space

At the rear of the home, the screened-in porch serves as a favorite gathering spot. This space is furnished with cheerful outdoor seating, including a gliding swing, rockers for four, and a bistro table. The porch overlooks a lush, private yard, creating a peaceful retreat. A gas grill is located just off the rear porch, perfect for outdoor cooking after a day at the beach.

Second Floor Bedrooms & Laundry

The primary king bedroom is located on the second floor and features a mounted flat-screen TV and an updated private ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

The second bedroom, also on the second floor, includes two full beds, making it well suited for children or additional guests. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in a second-floor laundry closet.

Note: Guests may choose to have access to a first-floor queen bedroom in place of the second-floor king bedroom if they prefer sleeping accommodations on separate floors.

Third Floor Tower Room

The third floor features a glass-enclosed tower room with treetop and town views. This unique space includes wrap-around bench seating and a TV, making it an ideal hangout for kids, teens, or a quiet retreat away from the main living areas.

We loved Big Pink! We can't say enough great things about the home itself. The location was perfect for us. A quick walk to the town center where the shops and restaurants are. The beach was just steps from the town center as well. We loved the porches so much and everything was nice and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was a wonderful vacation from start to finish.

Our family enjoyed the Big Pink house so much that we cannot wait to return! The location was ideal - we were able to walk everywhere including the restaurants, shops and beach! Although we were so close, we still felt like we had our privacy and enjoyed the quiet serene setting. The house itself is fantastic. Clean and tidy. Everyone was very comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us! We definitely will return to Big Pink on our next visit!
