Step inside to an open foyer that leads to the home’s serene first-floor sleeping quarters. The queen primary bedroom is bright and inviting, with French doors opening to a private porch accented by a trellis and two Adirondack chairs—an ideal spot for morning coffee or a quiet evening wind-down. Just off the foyer, the full bathroom features a single vanity and walk-in shower, conveniently serving the main-level bedroom.

Upstairs, the second level opens into a sun-filled, open-concept living area designed for connection and relaxation. • 1 parking pass issued for one-bedroom homes. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts are prohibited for non-homeowners in Seaside. Special circumstances and medical needs require a golf cart permit
