Welcome to Bloomsbury! This ideally located cottage, now part of our program, offers a fantastic spot to create cherished memories in beautiful Seaside, FL. Situated on a spacious corner lot at Forest Street and Smolian Circle, it's just a 4-minute walk to the beach and a short stroll from the West End pool.

Upon arrival, you'll find this tranquil hideaway surrounded by serene greenery and plenty of shade. The exterior features an outdoor grill, a shower, and ample yard space, perfect for cookouts and relaxing with a glass of wine or morning coffee while people-watching. Inside, the open cottage foyer leads to the bedroom and bathroom on the first level. The queen primary bedroom boasts French doors opening to an outdoor porch with a trellis and two Adirondack chairs, an ideal spot for morning coffee. Adjacent to the foyer is a full bath with a queen bed, single vanity, and shower.

Upstairs, you'll find a spacious, open floor plan filled with natural light from numerous windows. The second story includes a kitchen to the left of the staircase, equipped with a compact fridge, microwave, dishwasher, two-burner electric stovetop, and coffee pot (no oven). Next to the kitchen is a dining area for six. The open living room offers ample seating, plenty of natural light, and a flat-screen TV, making it the ultimate chill space. This level is separate from the sleeping quarters, providing a perfect balance of convenience and relaxation for guests.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. Must be 25 or older to rent.

* Welcome tote with 2 beach towels, a complimentary bottle of wine, and 2 complimentary rental bikes for pick up at Seaside Transit Authority
* Personalized service throughout your stay with starter amenities provided
* 1 parking pass for one-bedroom homes issued. A golf cart is considered a car, and for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

We would definitely rent this house again. The location is perfect and it is just a stroll to the main square or to the beach or pool. It is also a short walk to the chapel if you are here for a wedding. Wonderful porch with chairs. Large living area and nice bedroom with attached bathroom.

We had a lovely time in Seaside staying at Bloomsbury. What a great cottage with a fantastic location. We enjoyed the bikes that came with the rental very much - along with the welcome bag of goodies. Great starter items. The cottage itself was so cute, comfortable, and clean! We cannot wait to come back and we will definitely try to stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here after learning it had joined the Homeowners collection. We have always enjoyed Seaside proper and this cottage was a true delight. The location was ideal, very close to shops and restaurants. A quick walk to the beach and yet out of the main traffic so it was quiet. We enjoyed the home very much and it had everything we wanted. Comfortable bed and seating area, a nice kitchen and ample space for us. Thank you for a great trip!
