Blue Suede Shoes is a Seaside sweet spot just a short walk from Central Square, the family and adult pools and the beach. The cottage has a beautiful open front porch that runs the width of the home and has plenty of lounge seating to see the streets of Seaside. Inside is the quaint and luxurious open living room with a flat-screen TV and plush seating. There is also a custom built-in dining area along its window bench large enough to seat six comfortably. Just off of the living area on the first floor is a modern-style half bath. The walk-through kitchen is recently renovated with stainless steel appliances and barstool seating.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the bistro dining nook with seating for two. The perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Also on the first floor is the king bedroom with access to a private, screened-in furnished porch and a private, newly renovated bath. Up the stairs to the loft area is a king sleeper sofa with a desk and open windows right above the kitchen.

On the second level of the cottage is a king primary suite with a large mounted flat-screen TV and a more than spacious walk-in primary bathroom with a double vanity. Outside in the back of the cottage is a dining area to enjoy a meal under the stars with your loved ones. Extras for this house include a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower, and a laundry room.

5-night Spring Break, Summer, & Fall | 2-night Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage and 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car.
  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

You can never go wrong renting a property through the Homeowners Collection! They go above and beyond to make sure your experience is fantastic. We have rented Blue Suede Shoes several times and it never disappoints. From the huge comfy couches and beds to the gorgeous kitchen, It stays beautifully updated with every amenity you could ever want while on vacation. You cant beat the location either. With a 3 minute walk to the beach or shopping, its so easy to get around. We love it there!

This is the third time we have stayed in this cottage. It is perfect for two couples with the two king beds. The very functional layout shows the thought put into the design of the cottage. The furniture and kitchen are top notch. The location is very close to the beach but away from the noise from the road. The four of us sit on the porch after walking to dinner and catch up. Wonderful memories were made!

Loved the cottage and location (steps from the beach). Beach was beautiful with some fabulous sunsets!!Could stroll to shops and food establishments. Biked to nearby areas. Will come back as soon as possible.
