Blue Suede Shoes is a Seaside sweet spot just a short walk from Central Square, the family and adult pools and the beach. The cottage has a beautiful open front porch that runs the width of the home and has plenty of lounge seating to see the streets of Seaside. Inside is the quaint and luxurious open living room with a flat-screen TV and plush seating. There is also a custom built-in dining area along its window bench large enough to seat six comfortably. Just off of the living area on the first floor is a modern-style half bath. The walk-through kitchen is recently renovated with stainless steel appliances and barstool seating.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the bistro dining nook with seating for two. The perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Also on the first floor is the king bedroom with access to a private, screened-in furnished porch and a private, newly renovated bath. Up the stairs to the loft area is a king sleeper sofa with a desk and open windows right above the kitchen.

On the second level of the cottage is a king primary suite with a large mounted flat-screen TV and a more than spacious walk-in primary bathroom with a double vanity. Outside in the back of the cottage is a dining area to enjoy a meal under the stars with your loved ones. Extras for this house include a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower, and a laundry room.

5-night Spring Break, Summer, & Fall | 2-night Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

We had a very relaxing visit in this beautiful, immaculate home! The location was great, as it was only a short walk to the beach. This was our second time to stay in Blue Suede Shoes. it is perfect for two couples! We loved walking, shopping and eating the best seafood 30A has to offer!
