This is our third year traveling to the beautiful beaches on 30A and our first year renting a house. The house was absolutely amazing. On arrival we were welcomed with a gift bag cooler, towels, and wine to enjoy from the local market! The home was exactly as portrayed on the website and very clean. It is in the PERFECT location in Seaside, close enough to walk to town using the private walkway and right next to a pier leading to the beach. We had a wonderful time here and can't wait to return!!

We rented Beach House for Thanksgiving. The house has a beautiful beach view and is right next to the dune walkover for easy access to the beach. The house is spacious and well equipped. The only things the kitchen lacked was a meat thermometer and potato masher, but we were aware of that and were prepared. The only other problems we had were that most of the windows didnt open and the fireplace remote needed batteries.
