Perfectly positioned along Robert’s Way and backing up to Rosewalk Park, Bridgeport delivers a rare blend of walkability, privacy, and serene park views.

The updated, fully equipped kitchen sits just off the living area and includes bar-top seating for four, making it easy to prep beach lunches or enjoy casual family meals together. The open layout creates a warm, communal atmosphere ideal for entertaining and relaxing alike.

Comfortable Bedrooms & Flexible Sleeping Spaces

The first floor includes two bedrooms, offering convenience and flexibility. The queen guest bedroom features abundant natural light, a flat-screen TV, ample storage, and a private ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a fun bunk room that sleeps two and includes a window seat, closet space, and a loft area accessed by a ship’s ladder—perfect for kids. A nearby full bathroom with a shower serves this space.

Upstairs, guests will find a secondary living area with a sofa and cushioned seating—an ideal retreat for reading, relaxing, or quiet conversation. Adjacent to this space is a private sleeping nook with a full bed, accommodating two additional guests. Step outside to the open-air upper balcony, furnished with Adirondack bar-top seating for two and overlooking the tranquil park setting—an ideal spot to unwind at sunset.

• 2 parking passes for two bedroom and larger homes issued. A golf cart is considered a car, and for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.
