Welcome to Bridgeport. Situated in the lovely Rosewalk area of Seaside, FL- this welcoming, pink, beachy bungalow sleeps eight and eagerly awaits your arrival. This home has an ideal location just 176 yards or a 3 minute walk to the beach and only a 7 minute walk to downtown Seaside with over 35 shops and restaurants within walking distance of your front door. This cottage sits on Robert's Way and Rosewalk park, a best kept Seaside secret. Rosewalk Park is at the rear of the home and is an enchanting park with sandy foot paths, and shady trees and serves as a peaceful escape for kids to play and beautiful scenery to overlook from your private rear porch. The cottage has a rear screened porch that overlooks Rosewalk with bar top seating for two and a swing, a perfect place to kick back and enjoy your morning coffee of an evening glass of wine.

Step inside and into an open, airy first level, featuring a generous living space, with plenty of comfortable seating for all, as well as a flatscreen TV. Adjacent to the living area is an updated fully equipped kitchen with bar top seating for four people- a great spot to prepare lunch for a day on the beach or to cook a delicious meal that the whole crew can enjoy for a relaxing night in. This level offers an open floor plan and a communal feel, as well as two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a queen room down with a private ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower only. This room is well lit by natural sunlight throughout, featuring a flatscreen TV and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom features one bunk bed to accommodate two, as well as a window seat, closet space and a loft area that sits above, accessible via ships ladder. Another full bath can be found nearby that features a single vanity and a shower only.

A second story greets guests with a bonus living space, offering a sofa and cushioned seating, making it a great secondary space to either hang out with friends or escape to read your favorite book. Additionally, next to this space lives a private nook area with a full bed that sleeps two more guests. Off the loft secondary living area is an open air tranquil private balcony with Adirondack bar top seating for two overlooking a park setting, a perfect evening escape location. This cute cottage had everything we needed! A comfortable master suite with adjoining bath, a perfect second room with bunk beds and a fun loft area, a comfortable sitting area downstairs and a delightful sitting area up a half flight of stairs in a decent sized loft area that had another full mattress in a little nook to the side. Plenty of outdoor space to hang out as well in a screened porch below and open deck above. Rental agency was always at the ready to help. Would definitely rent this cottage again! As far as location, there is no bad location here. I do enjoy the quiet of Roberts Way though. As to Seaside itself, it just gets better and better and weve been coming here for 30 years. It is truly my happy place!

Only 3 min walk to beach, 3 min walk to pool, 3 min walk to town center. Never drove the car once after arriving. Great location just off busy 30A. Not too close, not too far.

We have been vacationing at Seaside for the past seventeen years. Our stay at Bridgeport was wonderful. We loved the location because its quiet and just a short walk to the beach. It was nice sitting on the deck in the evening. The upstairs loft is so cozy. The home was very clean. I highly recommend booking a home through the Homeowners Collection. The service and amenities are top notch. We will be back to Seaside again next year!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Bridgeport cottage in Seaside, Florida. We loved the location - it was just steps to the beach and the main shopping/restaurant area of town. The complimentary bikes were a very nice addition - we were able to get everywhere we wanted by either walking or riding bikes. The house was clean and comfortable. Decorated very nicely and the kitchen had all of the essentials. We really appreciated the homeowners collection management company - they were very helpful! We will definitely be back and highly recommend Bridgeport!
