Welcoming Porches & Outdoor Living

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by a spacious, furnished front porch featuring three classic rocking chairs—an ideal spot for morning coffee, afternoon people-watching, or evening conversations over charcuterie and a nightcap. Out back, a wooden deck with a charcoal grill and outdoor shower makes it easy to transition from beach days to relaxed evenings at home.

Bright, Open First-Floor Living

Step inside to a bright and open first-floor living space designed for gathering and connection. The living room is filled with natural light and offers direct access to the front porch, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The fully equipped kitchen features a center island with seating for three, an electric four-burner cooktop, and both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, making meal prep easy and enjoyable. Adjacent, the dining area comfortably seats six and opens to the porch, perfect for shared meals and game nights. A convenient half bathroom completes the first floor.

Comfortable Upstairs Bedrooms & Screened Porch

Upstairs, guests will find three well-appointed bedrooms and an additional screened porch for peaceful relaxation. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, private ensuite bathroom, and porch access—ideal for quiet mornings or winding down in the evening. The ensuite bath includes dual vanities and a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom offers two twin beds with porch access, while the third bedroom features a queen bed and ample storage. These two guest rooms share a full bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combo, providing comfort and convenience for families or groups. The shared screened porch offers lounge seating for four and is a favorite spot for evening breezes.

We absolutely loved Brigadoon for our family getaway! We love Forest St. in Seaside so we were excited to see Brigadoon as an option this year. It's a quick walk to the beach and the shops. The decor was so cute and it was spacious and very comfortable! Our family loved it! We will be back.
