Allow the warm gulf breeze to sweep away your worries as you cozy up in the charming ‘Celebration’ cottage. This enchanting abode at once invites visitors with calming and simplistic colors and lines. The cool blues and crisp whites of the cottage provide the perfect supplement to a beachside retreat, designed to easily take you from the beach or the merriment of Town Square to the comfort and privacy of a vacation cottage.

Just a short stroll from the sand and the water, “Celebration” sits conveniently close to the gentle surf of the Gulf, found across the street and down a scenic path.  A small white picket fence provides an idyllic finishing touch to the outside, framed too by a quaint outdoor space, complete with a charming side porch swing and room to enjoy the Florida sunshine.

The relaxing first level serves up the home’s bedroom, a quaint space outfitted with a queen sized bed and a private bath, complemented by a Jacuzzi tub and pedestal sink. A stackable washer and dryer are also conveniently tucked into the space.

Meanwhile, a staircase winds to the upper level of the cottage, where the rest of the delightful space comes into view. The comfortable living room doubles as a second sleeping area with a convertible twin sofa sleeper while a full kitchen provides enough room for prepping and cooking daily meals, plus even a small dining area with a view.

With white French doors opening up to ‘Celebration’s’ private balcony, the unique space invites the outdoors in, a perfect setting for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or toasting to another incredible new day as the sun sets in the evening, all from the comfort of the relaxing location of the ‘Celebration’ cottage.  

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall | 2-night minimum Winter.

  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

Great weekend with my 16 year old daughter and her friend. Celebration was the perfect size for the 3 of us. It was exactly what was stated in its description. It was cozy, quiet and very well maintained. It was also in the best location. Steps to a private (must scan wrist band to get in and out of gate) beach, town square and restaurants. We parked our car Thursday and did not get back into it until Sunday. Communication was super easy. I called with a question before arrival and my call was returned promptly. Rental came with 2 free bike vouchers that were great for the girls. Also received a fun beach tote and 2 beach towels. Thanks for a great weekend in Seaside. We will definitely return!

Celebration was such a cute home! Me, my husband, and our 8 month old stayed at Celebration in early May and it was the perfect Seaside home for us. It is close to the town center and the beach pavilion. The pool wasnt too far either. We were celebrating my husbands medical school graduation and the home was just too fitting. We would stay at this clean and comfy home again.

It was a quaint spot! We have visited Seaside before and always stayed at Sandestin. This was WAY better! Close to beach! Fn bike rides and great food! Just needs ice cubes in the kitchen! Everything else was wonderful!!!

Great little place for a couple or small family and so close to both the town center and the beach. We would stay here again, but we like to venture out to see new places as well. If I could change anything at all it would have been nice to have another bathroom. Also, when my wife used the hair dryer in the bathroom and opened the bathroom door to cool down it kept setting off the smoke detector, maybe the smell or the steam, but there wasnt any smoke.

Location, location, location! 3 houses from the beach and three streets from Smolian Cirlce. We enjoyed our stay at Celebration and it was just the right size for our family of three (2 adults + 2.5 year old). I think the cottage would have been too small for children any older or younger (with more gear) but it was just right for our family right now. The property was very clean and well-cared for. Management was in constant communication which was nice; however, we did have an issue accessing the bathrooms at the beach pavilion and the issue was never resolved.

If you are looking for the perfect "little" spot for a couple or for a small family of three, Celebration Cottage is the place for you! The location is a 5 minute walk to the pool, or to the beautiful, blue water, white sand beach. Once you top the Pensacola Pavilion, the gulf view will take your breath away! Shops and Restaurants are just a 10 minute walk as well. Daily bike rides and dips in the pool are highlights of our stay. It's the ultimate "tiny house" experience, and we can't wait to come back next summer!

Celebration was a perfect spot for two people (easily a third person upstairs on the pull out couch had there been the need). Celebration was clean, updated, and nicely furnished. It had all the amenities we needed. We have stayed in 4 or 5 of the single bedroom cottages at Seaside and this was our favorite.

Celebration Cottage was the perfect place for our daughter to have one last summer getaway before starting college this month! The three of us, my daughter, my husband, and myself had the most wonderful family time together. This place was PERFECT for our trip! You cannot beat the location! We will be coming back to Seaside and hopefully we'll be able to book Celebration Cottage again soon!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Celebration! This was our 25th visit to Seaside and our granddaughters wedding in the Chapel made it the best one ever! The weather was perfect all week and the location of Celebration was a definite plus! There were a couple of minor issues: a blind was missing from an upstairs door and the key access to the front door was inconvenient as was the path leading to the unit. Overall, though, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip!
