The Seaside Amphitheater, restaurants, shops, and beautiful beaches are all located within a stone's throw of this professionally decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury apartment that can sleep up to 10 people! Center Stage offers an unbeatable town square location, amazing amenities and picturesque views of Seaside, Florida.

 This residence can be entered via a private gated entrance, located up a set of stairs, smack dab in the middle of Central Square. Guests are able to watch life go by down below from the comfort of a private, generous, furnished outdoor porch that overlooks town. The large open air front porch features lounge seating for two and outdoor dining for six. Whether you are sipping on a glass of wine and reveling in the Gulf breezes, or catching sunrise with a steaming cup of coffee, Center Stage invites you to relax, both indoors and out.

Step inside to a freshly renovated, coastal interior that offers an open floor plan and soaring ceilings that look down on gleaming hardwood floors. The living room can be found upon entry to the right, featuring a large sectional sofa, two plush side chairs and a large LED TV. Nearby, guests can enjoy a night of cooking and visiting at the dining table for eight, which is next to the living room and faces the kitchen. A fully equipped, well decorated, coastal kitchen is just across the way, featuring stainless steel appliances and bar top seating for four. This stunning kitchen renovation has a large quartz center island and all new stainless-steel appliances throughout.

The sleeping arrangements can be discovered down the hallway, and near a convenient washer and dryer. This home features two king suites and a bunk room for six. The luxury king master suite at the rear of the home is outfitted with custom art and decor, plenty of windows, a seating area and its own full bath with double vanities and a large glass enclosed marble walk in shower.  Also down the hall are two more bedrooms, a second king bedroom and a bunk room that accommodates six in all.  The king guest room and a bunk room with six twin beds are located next to one another, both sharing a hallway full bath with a glass enclosed marble tub & shower combination. All bedrooms have luxury Peacock alley linens throughout and designer Serena and Lilly furnishings.  Come experience Seaside, FL in this prime luxury location.

  • Center Stage, since it does not have any other marked parking and solely relies on available parking along Quincy, it will be allowed to receive two parking passes.

Center Stage is the place to be in Seaside! It's amazing that there is this much room in the town square section of Seaside. The home was spacious and very nicely decorated. There was plenty of room to spread out and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the location, of course. The views were magnificent looking at the Gulf right from our own place! Thank you to the homeowners collection for the gift bag and the bikes that were provided! That was a nice treat!

Center Stage is a beautiful condo with all the amenities, and a perfect location. Being next door to The Great Southern means there is some noise in the evenings from the bar, but it shuts down at a reasonable time. From the porch, you have a great view of all that is going on in the main plaza. It is quiet in the mornings, so I was able to sit on the porch and enjoy the sunrise with my cup of coffee while reading.
