This furnished outdoor retreat offers multiple lounging and dining areas, including an outdoor dining table, Adirondack seating for four, and three chaise loungers. From here, guests can enjoy elevated views of Seaside’s town life along with Gulf views, all while soaking in refreshing coastal breezes. It’s the perfect setting for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, and front-row people-watching in the heart of town.

Open-Concept Living with a Modern Beach Vibe

Inside, the condo features a bright, open floor plan that seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The updated full-size kitchen includes bar seating for three and everything needed for easy coastal meals. Adjacent, the dining area comfortably seats six, making it ideal for shared meals after a beach day. The living room is anchored by a sectional sofa that converts to a queen sleeper and is filled with natural light. From this space, guests can enjoy views of the Gulf through multiple sets of French doors, which also provide direct access to the wrap-around balcony.

Two Private Bedroom Suites for Comfort & Privacy

The primary king suite offers a peaceful retreat with Gulf views, a flat-screen TV, dresser, ample closet space, and a private ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combination. A convenient stackable washer and dryer is tucked into the closet for guest use.

The second bedroom features a queen bed, mounted flat-screen TV, private closet, and its own ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. French doors from this bedroom open directly onto the wrap-around balcony, extending the indoor-outdoor living experience and allowing guests to enjoy town and Gulf views from the comfort of their suite.

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration. 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break | 5-night minimum Summer | 3-night minimum Fall | 2-night minimum Winter. No children ages 13-19 during Spring Break season.

* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $50 per day rental pet fee will be collected, in addition to the flat $125 pet fee, for 2-bedroom homes. Pets will not be allowed on furniture. No pet over 20 lbs. Only one dog allowed.
