Cherished by The Sea is a favorite Seaside pet-friendly rental located in a prime location above the shops of Ruskin Place with amazing Seaside town views and just a short walk to the beach.  This condo features a private entrance via exterior stairs to the corner second-floor condo featuring an oversized large wrap-around furnished balcony. This amazing balcony features several outdoor living areas with outdoor dining, Adirondack seating for four, and three chaise loungers to enjoy the spectacular sights of the town and gulf views from your balcony.  Without a doubt, some of the best people-watching and views in Seaside are in store for guests of this well-kept townhome.

Inside is an open floor plan featuring a combined kitchen, living, and dining with a modern beach vibe. There is an updated full-size kitchen with bar seating for three, an adjacent dining area that comfortably seats six, and an open living room with a sectional sofa that has a queen sleeper sofa for two more. There are three sets of French doors opening onto the expansive furnished wrap-around balcony.  The first bedroom is the king primary bedroom with a private bathroom, your own flat screen TV, dresser and a closet with ample storage. The private primary bathroom features a single vanity and features a tub & shower combo. There is also a new stackable washer/dryer tucked into the closet of this room.  The second bedroom featues a queen bedroom and a private bathroom as well. This room has its own closet,  a large mounted flat screen TV, and french doors that open onto the balcony. The private bathroom features a single vanity and a tub & shower combo.

This home has a premier Seaside location at the center of it all. Located just steps to Ruskin Park,  a ½ block to the Seaside Amphitheater and Central Square, and one block walk to your Seaside beach access at Coleman Pavilion. Seaside Central Square features over 40 shops and dining options all within walking only steps from Cherished by The Sea!

5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, & Summer; 3 night minimum Fall, 2 night minimum Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.  No children ages 13-19 during Spring Break season.

  • 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

The rental was clean and well kept. We absolutely loved the wrap around balcony. The beach was just steps away from our front door as well as all the shops and a huge selection so of eateries. Absolutely wonderful!!! We couldnt have asked for a better location for our beach stay!!

We love to stay at this perfectly located 2br 2bath rental. Can't get a better location in Seaside and if one of our kids decides to join us the 2nd bedroom comes in handy.
