Welcome to, 'Cork the Whine'- a stylish, one bedroom unit, ideally located on the third floor of the Dreamland Heights building in Seaside's own, Central Square and new to the program! This one bedroom condo offers some of the most amazing panoramic gulf and sunset views from your private balcony overlooking the Seaside Amphitheater. This incredible dreamy hideaway is filled with coastal vibes, stellar location right across from the beach and within walking distance to over 35 shops and restaurants just outside your door.

Upon arrival, guests can make their way to the Dreamland Heights building and into an elevator to access the entry door. Pre entry, a pleasant, spacious common deck area with seating, as well as town and gulf views lives outside your entry door! Step into the unit to locate a ship’s ladder and spiral staircase, which carries guests upstairs into a second story, featuring an open living area with tall ceilings, large windows, slipcover seating, a queen-size sleeper sofa and access to a private balcony that overlooks town and the gulf! This level also features a dining table that seats two located just off the fully equipped kitchen. There is additional bar seating for three at the kitchen breakfast bar.

On the first floor off the entrance, this beach unit provides a king master bedroom, which also has large windows that overlook Central Square and the stunning waters below. There is an adjacent shared hall full bath just off the king master with a single vanity and a Tub & Shower combo. Beach access for this cottage is via town center access point at Coleman Pavilion. This unit does not have an assigned parking spot, parking is first come-first serve in the designated shared spaces behind the 121 Central Square building and along
Quincy circle. Allow 'Cork the Whine' to host your next trip to the beautiful, Seaside, FL.

* A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit

We had an amazing time at this cottage in the heart of Seaside! We were so impressed with he property management company - Homeowner's Collection. They greeted us and helped with all of our questions and gave us a goody bag with wine and beach towels, and two free bikes for our stay! We never needed a car the whole time we were in town. The location was perfect and the interior was gorgeous! The bed was so comfortable and everything was very clean. Thank you to the owners for a fabulous vacation! We will be back!

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about "Cork the Wine"! We LOVED everything about it - the location, the decor, the beds and the property management company was so attentive and helpful. We will cherish our vacation at this cottage in the heart of Seaside with gorgeous views of the beach!
