Dream Come True is a recently renovated cottage on West Ruskin street just 4 houses from the beach.   As you pass the swing on the front screened in porch and enter this lovely cottage you find yourself in a recently renovated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances throughout.  There is ample seating at a dining table that seats six and a kitchen bar with additional seating for four. There is an open living room filled with natural light that has french doors that lead out onto a large private sun deck. On the first floor you will find the King primary suite with flat screen mounted TV, a recently renovated private primary bath with marble countertops and a double sink vanity. There is an additional half bath on the first floor for guests and the living areas.

On the second level of this home are the second two twin bedrooms with their own TVs and the third queen bedroom that both share an adjoining full bath that has also been completely renovated. Outside the queen bedroom is a private balcony that serves as the perfect spot to sip morning coffee or escape after a day at the beach. Above the kitchen and accessible by its own stairway is the perfect bonus loft complete with a trundle bed and a sofa for the perfect spot to read that captivating beach book. Outside this loft is a open air deck with stairs leading to an open air furnished tower that has bar top seating for four, a perfect spot to end the day and enjoy the breezes and tree top views.

The home is complete with high tech electronics, cable, wireless internet access, two 42" flat screen TVs, plus two more additional televisions in the home.  A vacation in this cottage will be a Dream Come True. 

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.  5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer | 3 night minimum Fall | 2 night minimum Winter

Dream Come True was exactly as described. But the best part of this rental is the location. Just steps away from beach access and the Court area. At the end of a long day on the beach with grandkids that location was great. Homeowners Collection has been easy and efficient to work. I definitely recommend using them.

Pros:- Excellent location!! Steps to the beach and the town center. Short walk to pools/tennis/playground. No need to drive, you can walk anywhere.- It is on the smaller side but there are ample areas to hang out. My kids loved playing in the loft area and sitting on the porch.- Puzzles and books to use while you stay. Lots of sleeping areas.- Quiet street with privacy and parking space.- Bright, well decorated! There is a lot squeezed in this cute home.Cons: -Very sparse in terms of kitchen items or anything extra (limited silverware, one hot pad, a handful of hangers). Coffee maker was cheap and wouldn't work the last day. - Condition of the outdoor furniture on the main uncovered deck was mostly unusable (very worn wood set).- Furniture seemed crowded and left little room for movement or personal belongings.- Ample seating for 6 to eat but chairs were too tall compared to table. Not so comfy!

Great 3 bedroom. The common area downstairs is small, so if your whole group likes to hang together in one room, you will be cramped with more than 4-5 there. But we usually had several people in our group who went up to the loft if we were all inside. It worked for us, but definitely something to consider - especially if you have more than 6. But otherwise, it was great. 6 adults, all of whom showered when we came back from the beach, and we never ran out of hot water. The service from Homeowners Collection was great. We used them for stocking our groceries, bringing us a few missing amenities, and receiving delivery of some floats and things before we arrived. A+ all round. They texted regularly, and responded promptly to anything we sent. A great week.

the main deck on the side of the cottage needs more furniture. This was the only outdoor area large enough for our group to gather and there were only 2 uncomfortable chairs and a table.

Up-to-date, but still with that original Seaside feel. The main room is quite "cozy" (fairly small to navigate around the furniture) but the furniture is comfortable and we enjoyed it. The owners made good choices - great hooks for hanging towels, beach bags, plenty of places on the porch to store things so not in the way inside. The swing on the front porch got a lot of use. It is a very convenient house for getting to the beach. Just 3 houses in from 30A and the W. Ruskin pavilion.

This rental was in the perfect location. The only downside is the loft is counted as sleeping 2 and it has no drawers for storage, full early sunlight since there are no coverings on the door/window. Its a great place to fit 6.

Over all this house is a great house. It is in a great location close to the beach. The kitchen amenities need updating. We cook while we are at the beach and the pans were unusable. It is the first of the season so should have new pans that are not scratched completely. I ended up using pans from my sister in law that stayed in another property. The outside deck upstairs furniture needs to be fixed. There is a great outside deck on the first floor but no table only two chairs that were not in good shape. The bedrooms were great. There were 2 full baths downstairs and 1 upstairs so the bedrooms upstairs had to share. We have been coming to Seaside for 22 years and stay at different houses. I would recommend the management company checkout the cooking utensils and pots and pans.
Thank you for taking the time to provide this review. We will inventory the kitchen on the next turn and replace/add any items needed. We will also take a close look at the patio furniture and address any issues.
