Open-Concept Living with Indoor–Outdoor Flow

Step inside to a bright, open floor plan designed for connection and comfort. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a five-burner electric stove, a large double-door refrigerator, and ample cookware for easy family meals. A breakfast bar with seating for four flows seamlessly into the dining area, where a farmhouse-style table seats six for shared meals and game nights. Just beyond the living space, an open-air deck offers Adirondack seating and a peaceful view of the private yard—perfect for relaxing while little ones play nearby.

Comfortable Living Spaces & Main-Level Primary Suite

The living room is welcoming and spacious, furnished with a large sectional, two club chairs, and a large flat-screen TV, making it ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. An updated full bathroom with a single vanity and glass-enclosed walk-in shower is conveniently located on the main level. Also on this floor is the king primary bedroom, featuring generous closet space, a mounted flat-screen TV, and a beautifully marble-renovated ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

Guest Bedrooms & Balcony Views Upstairs

Upstairs, guests will find two additional bedrooms designed for comfort and flexibility. The second bedroom includes two double beds, a closet, and a private TV, while the third bedroom features a queen bed and access to an open-air balcony with lovely palm tree views. A second updated full bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combination serves this level.

Bonus Loft, Rooftop Deck & Tower Retreat

One of the home’s most memorable features is the bonus loft and rooftop deck, accessed by stairs from the living room. The loft includes a cozy seating nook and a twin trundle, sleeping two additional guests. From here, step out onto a spacious open-air deck with bar seating for four, ideal for sunset cocktails. First time visitors, but we will definitely be back. IT's a fantastic town and we loved the property - very well maintained and nicely furnished, spotlessly clean, excellent location on a quiet street but just a few yards from the beach and from shops and restaurants. Management company very proactive on communication and super responsive on any questions we had.

All 4 of us truly enjoyed the cottage. It has lots of room to spread out or come together. This was especially nice since it rained 2 of our 5 days.

We have been vacationing in Seaside for decades. The week at this cottage was a great experience. We were a few houses from 30A which is a perfect location and we easily walked to everything. The lay out was great for 2 couples for time together but with our own areas. We would rent here again.
