Overlooking the shaded paths of Robert’s Walk, the porch offers a peaceful escape just moments from the beach and town center.

Inside, Dreamsicle welcomes you with an open-concept living space that blends thoughtful renovation with playful personality. The fully renovated kitchen is both stylish and functional, featuring a retro SMEG refrigerator, an Italian Bertazzoni four-burner gas range and oven, a compact dishwasher, and all the essentials needed for easy meals at home. The adjacent living area offers comfortable seating, creating a cozy space to unwind after beach days. (Please note: the living room does not include a TV.)

One of the cottage’s standout features is the custom built-in dining nook, complete with cushioned booth-style seating for six or more—anchored by a whimsical disco ball overhead that adds a fun, unexpected touch to family meals and late-night conversations.

Just off the living area, the primary bedroom features a queen bed, a large mounted flat-screen TV, and a closet for storage. The second bedroom includes twin bunk beds, a built-in closet, and a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer. These bedrooms share a beautifully renovated full bathroom with a single vanity and a tub/shower combination.

For additional sleeping space, a ship’s ladder leads to a bonus loft with a twin bed—bringing total sleeping accommodations to five guests.
