Located just three blocks from Seaside’s town center and eight homes from the beach, this inviting retreat places you within easy reach of the Gulf while maintaining a peaceful, residential feel—ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together.

Begin your mornings and wind down your evenings on the screened-in front porch, thoughtfully furnished with a bistro seating area for two and adjacent Adirondack seating for two more; the perfect set up for morning coffee or an evening night cap while listening to the waves crash nearby.  Step inside to a light-filled open living and dining area, where large windows welcome in Seaside’s sunshine. The living room feaures a sofa, two adhacent club chairs, and a large flat screen TV perfect for family movie nights in. The adjacent dining area features a dining table for six, creating a comfortable setting for shared meals, game nights, and time together after a day at the beach.

Well-Appointed Kitchen & Main-Level Primary Suite

The first-floor kitchen has been updated and is a full kitchen with all the necessities for family meals at home. The kitchen has a four burner gas stove, oven, full size fridge, microwave, and amply cookware throughout.  Just off the main living space, the downstairs primary bedroom offers a queen bed, flat-screen TV, ample storage, and a recently renovated private bathroom with a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. 

Private Guest Suite Upstairs

Upstairs, the second queen bedroom serves as a peaceful guest suite, featuring its own newly renovated private bathroom and flat-screen TV. This thoughtful layout ensures comfort and privacy for everyone in your group.

Outdoor Amenities & Private Beach Access

Just off the front porch is a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower perfect for cleaning up after long sun soaked beach days. Additional conveniences include a full size stackable washer and dryer.  Guests also enjoy private beach access to Odessa Pavilion, just steps away—making it effortless to spend your days on Seaside’s iconic white-sand beaches and emerald Gulf waters.

From boutique shopping and local dining to live music and events in the town center, everything Seaside is known for is just a short walk away. Whether you’re soaking up the sun, exploring the community, or enjoying quiet moments at home, Duet offers an inviting and centrally located base for your Seaside, Florida vacation.

Sat to Sat 7-night minimum Spring Break and Summer; 5-night minimum Spring; 3-night minimum Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. No children ages 13 -19 during Spring Break season.
