Just off the primary bedroom, a screened-in private porch offers stunning Gulf views through the dunes, furnished with a hammock and double rocker—perfect for morning coffee accompanied by the sound of the waves.

The second bedroom is a queen suite with its own ensuite bath, featuring a single vanity and a soaker tub with shower. This room also opens to a screened front porch, surrounded by lush landscaping that enhances privacy and tranquility.

Upstairs, the home opens into a bright and inviting open-concept living space that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Designed to maximize natural light and Gulf views, this floor offers an effortless blend of comfort and functionality. The dining area seats five and provides peaceful glimpses of the water, making every meal feel special.

The living room is wrapped in windows, offering panoramic views of the Gulf and filling the space with coastal light. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, featuring a large double-door refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, a six-burner Viking gas range and oven, microwave, coffee maker, and ample cookware. A convenient half bath on this level completes the space.
