The first floor of Dune House features two beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms, making it ideal for two couples or a small family seeking a private beachfront escape. The primary king suite is a serene retreat, complete with a renovated spa-style bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed rain shower, multiple shower heads, and an oversized ceiling-mounted rain feature. Just off the primary bedroom, a screened-in private porch offers stunning Gulf views through the dunes, furnished with a hammock and double rocker—perfect for morning coffee accompanied by the sound of the waves.

The second bedroom is a queen suite with its own ensuite bath, featuring a single vanity and a soaker tub with shower. This room also opens to a screened front porch, surrounded by lush landscaping that enhances privacy and tranquility.

Upstairs, the home opens into a bright and inviting open-concept living space that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The dining area seats five and provides peaceful glimpses of the water, making every meal feel special.

We have stayed at Seaside 4 times over the years and Dune House is the best cottage that we have ever stayed in! The deck views are magical during the day and incredible at night! You also cannot beat the vicinity to the beach access.

I've stayed at other houses in Seaside. This time, I wanted to stay right on the beach. The house is amazing, filled with light and interesting spaces, and it has a beautiful, timeless design. Other reviewers have mentioned the TV situation. Personally, I like that the TV does not compete with the spectacular views and beach vibe. However, in the late fall and winter when days are short, it would be nice to be able to stream. We solved this by bringing our own inexpensive streaming device. A nice upgrade would be to increase the TV size so that more than two people can watch comfortably. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The house felt bigger than what was indicated by the actual square footage. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the beach!

We stayed at Dune House with friends for our anniversary celebration. It was exactly what we were looking for. The home is lovely & perfect for 2 couples. We rented extra bikes and either rode or walked to shops & dining. This was our first time using Homeowners & visiting Seaside. All of the staff were extremely helpful & quick to respond. We will definitely be visiting again!
