It includes a renovated bath with a luxurious glass-enclosed rain shower, multiple shower heads, and a large ceiling-mounted rain shower. A screened-in private porch off the primary bedroom offers stunning Gulf views through the dunes featuring a hammock and a double rocker, providing the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee while listening to the sounds of the waves. The second bedroom is a queen suite with an ensuite bath, featuring a single vanity and a soaker tub with a shower. This room also boasts a private screened front porch surrounded by lush landscaping, ensuring comfort and privacy. The second floor of Dune House features an open floor plan that connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating a bright and airy space perfect for both entertaining and unwinding. The dining area comfortably seats five and offers glimpses of the Gulf, making it an ideal spot to enjoy meals while taking in the coastal beauty just outside the generous open-air beachfront porch.

The living room, surrounded by a wall of windows, offers stunning panoramic Gulf views, flooding the space with natural light. The kitchen is conveniently located adjacent to the dining and living areas, fully equipped for preparing meals and creating memorable moments. It features a large double-door refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser, a six-burner gas Viking stovetop and oven, a coffee pot, microwave, and ample cookware for home meal preparation. A half bath on the second floor adds convenience and comfort to the well-designed space.

The true highlight of the home is the expansive open-air beachfront porch, complete with a shaded canopy that provides unparalleled panoramic Gulf views and breathtaking sunsets. I've stayed at other houses in Seaside. This time, I wanted to stay right on the beach. The house is amazing, filled with light and interesting spaces, and it has a beautiful, timeless design. Other reviewers have mentioned the TV situation. Personally, I like that the TV does not compete with the spectacular views and beach vibe. However, in the late fall and winter when days are short, it would be nice to be able to stream. We solved this by bringing our own inexpensive streaming device. A nice upgrade would be to increase the TV size so that more than two people can watch comfortably. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The house felt bigger than what was indicated by the actual square footage. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the beach!

We had a great time. We especially enjoyed sitting on the second floor porch which provides a view of the beach and ocean. it was very relaxing.The interior is clean and comfortable . The house was furnished with a simple and attractive style. I would definitely stay here again and again.

It was fantastic! We spent a long weekend at Dune House to celebrate my birthday with my wife, my brother and his wife. The views are amazing! The house is beautiful! We'll definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Dune House with friends for our anniversary celebration. It was exactly what we were looking for. The home is lovely & perfect for 2 couples. We rented extra bikes and either rode or walked to shops & dining. This was our first time using Homeowners & visiting Seaside. All of the staff were extremely helpful & quick to respond. We will definitely be visiting again!
