MAIN HOME (5BDS, sleeps 18): 3 BUNK ROOMS, KING, KING

CARRIAGE HOUSE: (2 BDS, sleeps 6): KING, BUNKROOM

Welcome to stunning El Dorado. The home extends from Scenic Hwy 30A all the way to the dunes overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with porches and open-air outdoor living areas on every level! Provides the most incredible beachfront gulf views! Rented as a single home, it is two complete homes. The main house and the carriage house, sleep up to 24 people in total.

The first floor of the main house has 3 built-in custom bunk bedrooms sleeping 14 on the first floor, perfect for the kids! The first bedroom (Bunk room 1, sleeps 4) has 4 twins and plenty of built-in storage on the bunks and an adjacent wall of storage. The second bedroom (Bunk room 2, sleeps 5) has three twins and one full mattress. These two bunk rooms share a full bath; the bath features a marble glass-enclosed tub & shower combo and a single vanity. The third bedroom, (Bunk room 3, sleeps 5) also has three twins, and a full mattress, and a private full bath. This bathroom features a marble double vanity, a soaker tub, and a glass walk-in shower. The first-level porch has two amazing bed swings and an outdoor shower. A laundry room is also found on the first floor. Don't worry about missing a workout while away from home, El Dorado has a Peloton bike, so remember to bring your cycling shoes.

The second floor of the main home features two more king suites. The fourth bedroom is a king primary suite featuring a sitting area with flat-screen TV, a desk area, as well as an ensuite bath. The private bathroom has a soaker tub, dual marble vanities, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a dual rain shower. The adjacent fifth bedroom is another king primary suite with shared porch access, media, and an ensuite baht. The private bathroom has a soaker tub, dual marble vanities, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a rain shower. Both king primary suites have access to the gem of the home, the shared beachfront expansive porch with sofa lounge area seating, and the most incredible gulf & sunset views.

Carriage House: off the second floor is an enclosed bridge that connects the main house to the carriage house situated on two floors over the garage on the home's north side. The carriage house's first level has the sixth bedroom, a king with a private bath, and the seventh bedroom a bunk room with 2 bunks (4 twins) with its own full bath. Both bedrooms have Juliet balconies. There is also a washer and dryer and laundry sink on this level of the carriage house.

Take the third-floor exterior walkover to the carriage house full kitchen plus living and dining room, plus a balcony porch that faces Scenic Hwy 30-A and Seaside's town center. There is also a grill on the exterior bridge where you can cook out.
Up to the 3rd floor and there is a magazine-ready kitchen with 3 wolf ovens, a 6 burner gas stove and more for large family reunions. The adjacent dining room has a large wooden table that seats 10 and a bistro table for 2. The living room has a mounted large TV, gulf views, and access to an open-air porch overlooking the gulf. The generous porch has a lounge area with two sofas and outdoor dining for eight with incredible gulf & sunset views! There is a half bath on this level as well.

* Guests have access to the 2-car garage. The garage holds 2 small/mid-size vehicles only. Due to the proximity to the neighboring home, there is no parking on the driveway between the homes. Overflow parking will need to be used for larger vehicles or more than 2 mid-size vehicles. Guests will receive 2 parking passes and assistance locating overflow parking.

*SAT to SAT for summer, 5NT min for Spring Break, & Spring. 3NT min for Fall, 2 NT winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent & sign registration.

Very pleased with Eldorado and Homeowners Collection. I would stay again and would recommend this property to anyone going to Seaside Proper. The description of the home was on target. Still I was surprised everyday about how perfect everything was overall including amazing views of the Ocean and the happy dolphins. Homeowners Collection does a fantastic job from maintenance to services. We only regret having to leave. C

We just finished our family reunion trip to Seaside and cannot say enough great things about El Dorado. We have always wanted to stay directly in Seaside but had trouble finding a home big enough for our crew. We were very excited to find El Dorado! It is magnificent. It was decorated beautifully and was spacious and so comfortable. We loved the location, of course. Right on the beach and so close to the town center with all the stores and places to eat. Loved every minute of it and highly recommend this place!!

Wow Wow Wow - this home was above and beyond what we were already thrilled about from viewing online. It is massive and has so much space for our family to spread out and really enjoy a vacation at the beach. Literally ON the sand in Seaside! The decor of the home was beautiful and the kitchen was gorgeous. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were so nicely done and also spacious. The location was also so close to the town square and numerous shops and restaurants. This was a dream trip that my family will never forget. We highly recommend El Dorado and the Homeowners collection.
