* Guests have access to the 2-car garage. The garage holds 2 small/mid-size vehicles only. Due to the proximity to the neighboring home, there is no parking on the driveway between the homes. Overflow parking will need to be used for larger vehicles or more than 2 mid-size vehicles.

*SAT to SAT for summer, 5NT min for Spring Break, & Spring. 3NT min for Fall, 2 NT winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent & sign registration.

The El Durado is situated at the best location right on the white sugar sand of the best beach in mainland USA. Our family celebrated victory over cancer by having everyone vacay together. The view is priceless. We arrived to a spotless (not one piece of sand inside) spectacular home with 2 porches. We enjoyed the perfect Cabana set up with tent and umbrellas and tables, thanks Gabe! a fishing trip, mystery night, breakfast and dinner by Chef Darian in Pensacola, professional beach photos, fried up fish and hush puppies on the grill inside, grilled burgers and dogs on the Fourth of July and enjoyed the best seat in town for the fireworks. Everyone wanted to come back. This memory will last a lifetime. Thanks Homeowners Collection.

Location, location, location. This house is front and center at the iconic Seaside, Florida town square on a perfect stretch of beach. The management company is very friendly and responsive. We just finished our family reunion trip to Seaside and cannot say enough great things about El Dorado. We have always wanted to stay directly in Seaside but had trouble finding a home big enough for our crew. We were very excited to find El Dorado! It is magnificent. It was decorated beautifully and was spacious and so comfortable. We loved the location, of course. Right on the beach and so close to the town center with all the stores and places to eat. Loved every minute of it and highly recommend this place!!

Wow Wow Wow - this home was above and beyond what we were already thrilled about from viewing online. It is massive and has so much space for our family to spread out and really enjoy a vacation at the beach. Literally ON the sand in Seaside! The decor of the home was beautiful and the kitchen was gorgeous. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were so nicely done and also spacious. The location was also so close to the town square and numerous shops and restaurants. This was a dream trip that my family will never forget. We highly recommend El Dorado and the Homeowners collection.
