As one of the larger homes in Seaside, this retreat sits on a spacious corner lot, surrounded by a white picket fence and lush landscaped grounds, offering both privacy and beauty. With multiple inviting outdoor living areas, Elegance is designed for both relaxation and entertainment.

The home’s exterior welcomes you with a grand entrance framed by a bright pink door and two spacious screened-in porches on either side. These outdoor living areas are outfitted with Adirondack chairs, benches, ambient lighting, and ceiling fans—perfect for sipping morning coffee or unwinding with a nightcap. A sprawling screened-in porch stretches across the rear of the home, offering Adirondack seating, a charming bench swing, and tranquil views of the expansive backyard. For those who love elevated outdoor spaces, the second floor boasts a grand open-air porch with Adirondack seating and a sun deck, while the fourth-floor open-air tower deck invites you to take in breathtaking sunsets over Seaside.

The first of Elegance’s five bedrooms is situated on the ground floor—a queen suite with an ensuite bath, a flat-screen TV, and a charming wrap-around bench with custom storage. The ensuite bath features a single vanity and a glass-enclosed shower. (queen bedroom is separated from main home)  Upstairs on the second floor, four additional bedrooms provide luxurious accommodations. The first of these is a king bedroom with a private furnished balcony and a flat-screen TV, sharing a spacious hall bath with dual vanities, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, and a deep soaking tub. The second upstairs bedroom is designed for kids, offering two twin beds and access to the shared bath. Just beyond these rooms, is the expansive open-air rear porch with Adirondack seating and chaise loungers, creating a peaceful retreat among the treetops. The primary king suite is also on this floor, featuring a private ensuite bath with dual vanities and a walk-in glass-enclosed shower, as well as generous closet space and a flat-screen TV. The fifth upstairs bedroom is a fun and functional bunk room with two custom-built bunks that sleep four, complete with its own private bathroom.

This home felt very open, spacious, and fairly clean upon entering. There was also enough seating for everyone to visit. It wasn't on the quietest street in Seaside but it was within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We enjoyed eating ate Great Southern, Pickles and the pizza place. Also the food trailers were amazing! Would definitely recommend this home, matter of fact we have it rented for next year!
