Elegance is in the center of town, meaning you are close to it all things Seaside. The first floor includes a queen bedroom with a private bath, separated from the main house by a covered porch. Also on the first floor are the comfortable living room, spacious dining room, and an open and light-filled kitchen. On the second floor, there are four bedrooms; two king bedrooms and a private bath, one bedroom with two twin beds and a hall bath, and one with built-in bunk beds (4 twin beds) with a private full bath. Also off the second floor is a large open sundeck with chaise loungers and Adirondack seating for many, the perfect place to visit.  An enclosed tower room on the third floor with a spiral staircase leads to the fourth floor, giving you stunning Gulf views and Seaside's classic rooftops views from an open-air tower with 360-degree panoramic views of the gulf, sunsets, and Seaside rooftops.

(For additional room, the one-bedroom guest house, Enchantment, may also be rented)

5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer |  3 night Fall | 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage and 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car.
  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

This home felt very open, spacious, and fairly clean upon entering. There was also enough seating for everyone to visit. It wasn't on the quietest street in Seaside but it was within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We enjoyed eating ate Great Southern, Pickles and the pizza place. Also the food trailers were amazing! Would definitely recommend this home, matter of fact we have it rented for next year!

Plenty of room for all my kids and grandkids! Conveniently located near shops, amphitheater, deli, food trucks and our favorite gelato place! Semolina Circle is pretty busy so we used back streets for biking and getting to pools and restaurants. Wonderful weather and clear, beautiful water for good times on the beach!
