Thoughtfully Designed First Level

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a charming front porch featuring a cozy daybed—an ideal spot to sip morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach. Inside, the first level opens to a beautifully styled lounge with custom booth seating and a flat-screen TV, setting the tone for relaxed coastal living.

This level hosts two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary king suite features a spa-inspired ensuite with dual vanities, chandelier lighting, and a glass-enclosed rain shower for a truly indulgent experience. The second bedroom is a custom-designed bunk room, sleeping five with a queen-over-queen bunk and a twin trundle, complemented by a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A laundry room and convenient pneumatic elevator complete this floor.

Second Floor – Entertaining in Style

The second level is the heart of the home, designed for both entertaining and everyday comfort. A chef’s kitchen showcases two Sub-Zero refrigerators, a double Wolf oven, a wine refrigerator, and a marble island with bar seating for four—perfect for gatherings large and small. The open-concept living area includes a glass dining table, plush seating, and abundant natural light.

We booked this home for my daughters bridal party for her wedding, there are designer touches throughout and the central kitchen and living room spaces are very generous and perfect. A tower with fire pit was Amazing!

This house is beautifully finished and decorated. We always look for a newer build and something close (but not too close) to the square and this house was perfect for us Fall break!

What a beautiful hone!! My family had plenty of room to spread out and relax in this well appointed gem. We loved cooking in the gorgeous kitchen and taking in the sunsets from the roof deck. My teenage sons also loved being right next door to the fitness facilities. A win for everyone! We look forward to staying here again!

Empty Pockets is a gem in the heart of Seaside! We loved it online and it was even better in person! Each of the four bedrooms was well appointed and comfortable. The living area was spacious and we LOVED the porches and tower views! The location was excellent - so close to the beach and town square. We will definitely be back for our next large family gathering!!
