Arrive and park in private parking to make your way towards this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath, open-concept, stylish dream home. Step inside, and become surrounded by an open and classy atmosphere, as well as unique, tasteful decor with every detail in mind. On the front porch, you are greeted by a day bed perfect for a morning coffee hang out. Inside a custom lounge area, featuring cushioned booth seating and a flatscreen welcomes you. This story offers aesthetic spaces that everyone can enjoy. The first level features two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a king primary suite with a luxurious primary bath with dual vanities, chandelier lighting, and a glass-enclosed walk-in rain shower. The second bedroom down is a custom built in bunk room with a queen over queen custom built in bunk with a twin trundle pull out sleeping five in total There is a large mounted flat screen TV and a private modern bathroom with a single vanity and a glass enclosed tub & shower combo. Also on the first floor is the laundry room and a convenient, pneumatic elevator.

Walk up a lit staircase, and enter a breathtaking second story that all eyes can appreciate! This level offers a modern incredible chef's kitchen with high end appliances as well as stunning light fixtures, color choices, fine china, unique art and more. The kitchen has two sub zero refrigerators, wine fridge, and a double Wolf oven and a large marble center island the center hub of the home with bar seating for four. An open living space radiates a communal feeling, as it features a tasteful glass table, surrounded by a large sofa and additional slipcover seating. Nearby, guests can locate a butler’s pantry, an office space for quiet time or remote work, and a half bath. This spacious and attractive story features a private open air balcony furnished with a lounge area perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine alfresco.

Make your way up a third set of stairs to locate two more bedrooms. The third bedroom is the incredible king primary suite with a chandelier, large mounted plasma TV, and an incredible spa-like private primary bath! The primary bath features a glass-enclosed spa shower with four rain shower heads and an adjacent deep soaker tub with a mounted television. There is a second private laundry room off the king primary suite. We booked this home for my daughters bridal party for her wedding, there are designer touches throughout and the central kitchen and living room spaces are very generous and perfect. A tower with fire pit was Amazing!

This house is beautifully finished and decorated. We always look for a newer build and something close (but not too close) to the square and this house was perfect for us Fall break!

What a beautiful hone!! My family had plenty of room to spread out and relax in this well appointed gem. We loved cooking in the gorgeous kitchen and taking in the sunsets from the roof deck. My teenage sons also loved being right next door to the fitness facilities. A win for everyone! We look forward to staying here again!

Empty Pockets is a gem in the heart of Seaside! We loved it online and it was even better in person! Each of the four bedrooms was well appointed and comfortable. The living area was spacious and we LOVED the porches and tower views! The location was excellent - so close to the beach and town square. We will definitely be back for our next large family gathering!!
