Thoughtfully designed for relaxation and comfort, this inviting getaway offers a serene retreat just moments from the shoreline and the vibrant town center. Whether you’re planning a romantic escape or a small family vacation, Enchantment provides the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and classic Seaside charm.

Comfortable Coastal Living Spaces

Step inside to find a warm and welcoming living area filled with coastal-inspired décor and comfortable seating centered around a flat-screen TV with DVD/VCR—ideal for winding down after a sun-soaked beach day. Just beyond the living space, the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for effortless meal preparation, while the adjacent dining area comfortably seats four for relaxed meals and conversation.

Restful Sleeping Quarters

The main-level primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a king-sized bed and calming décor designed for restful nights. A full hall bathroom with a walk-in shower serves the main floor. For additional guests, a cozy loft space—best suited for children ages 10 and up—features two twin beds tucked beneath soaring vaulted ceilings and accessed via a charming ship’s ladder.

Outdoor Living & Relaxation

One of Enchantment’s highlights is its screened-in porch, nestled within a lush, private yard. This tranquil outdoor space includes a loveseat and two club chairs, softly lit for evening relaxation. Whether enjoying morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, the porch offers a peaceful setting to unwind. A private charcoal grill just outside the porch makes al fresco dining easy and enjoyable.

Ideally located just a short stroll from the beach and Seaside’s iconic town square, Enchantment places you within easy reach of sugar-white sands, boutique shopping, local dining, and the vibrant community atmosphere Seaside is known for. Spend your days exploring the coast, biking through town, or soaking in the laid-back charm that makes Seaside such a beloved destination.

For additional room, the 5-bedroom cottage, Elegance, may also be rented.

• One parking pass included per one-bedroom cottage; a golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs require a golf cart permit
