Tucked away in the tranquil coastal community of Seaside, Florida, "Enchantment" is a delightful beach cottage that truly lives up to its name. Upon entering, you'll find a cozy retreat designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The main living area greets you with coastal-inspired decor and a comfortable seating arrangement centered around a flatscreen TV with DVD/VCR, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach. Nearby, a modern kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, accompanied by a dining area for four where you can enjoy your culinary creations.

Also on the first floor, the primary bedroom features a king bed, offering a plush sanctuary for restful nights, along with a hall bathroom that includes a shower. For additional guests or family members (recommended for ages 10 and up), a loft area boasts two twin beds tucked beneath vaulted ceilings, creating a cozy space accessible by a ship's ladder.

Step outside onto one of the two screened-in porches to enjoy the refreshing sea breeze and soak in the beautiful surroundings. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine at sunset, these inviting outdoor spaces provide the perfect backdrop for peaceful moments. An outdoor grill is also available if you'd like to prepare meals while enjoying the fresh air.

Conveniently situated just a short stroll from the sandy beach and the vibrant town square, "Enchantment" offers the best of both worlds. Spend your days lounging on the sun-kissed shore or exploring the charming boutiques, gourmet grocery store, and eclectic restaurants that line the lively streets nearby. With its blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm, this beach cottage invites you to experience the true magic of seaside living.

For additional room, the 5-bedroom cottage, Elegance, may also be rented.

3-night minimum Spring & Fall | 5 night minimum Spring Break, Summer | 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Personalized service throughout your stay and starter amenities provided.
  • Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in this cottage. Its aged, but thats to be expected and is still in great shape. The customer service was second to none. I jokingly said via text that my wife and I needed another cup of coffee around 7 am... and a fresh bag of coffee was delivered to our doorstep. Such a kind and meaningful gesture. The cottage is located in a great location close to everything in Seaside (directly behind Central Square) but tucked away leading to a very intimate and secluded feeling. The walk to the beach (W. Ruskin Pavilion) is about 5 minutes. Not bad at all. PARKING IS ON W. RUSKIN STREET! it was a little difficult to find when we arrived at 10:30 pm, so for those who rent next, your parking will be on W. Ruskin, on the street, right outside of the entrance gate.And oh - there IS a washer and dryer in this cottage. Very helpful.Cant wait to come back!

Property was just as described and adorable! Loved the text access to property management. They checked in regularly (but not too much) and always answered our questions. We had an issue with HVAC and they handled it quickly and professionally. Will definitely be back!!

We had a great time, the cottage was perfect for the four of us. The kitchen is well equipped and the location perfect. We walked to the seaside gym, pool, beach and the center of Seaside was steps away. Rode bikes everywhere also. The water at the beach was perfection.

Enchantment is amazing. It is centrally located yet private. Adorable and has everything you need for your stay- full kitchen, king bed, screened porch, and loft if you have a guest. We come to Seaside as often as we can and have stayed here twice now bc we love it.

This property was great for our family of four- my husband and me, and our two girls ages 5 and 7. We were able to cook some meals and have snacks at home, great location for riding bikes everywhere, and amazing activities for the kids- story time and an improv class! Lots of spring breakers from other towns made the square/green and restaurants a little overwhelming, but never so bad we felt like we couldnt do what we wanted to. A great stay, wed like to come back!
