Ever wondered what it would be like to enter a fairytale storybook? Welcome to ‘Eversong’, the private, shaded sanctuary, tucked away at the end of a footpath on Tupelo Street. This Seaside cottage offers the dreamiest getaway and will enchant, as well as maximize your outdoor experience. Featuring tall ceilings, coastal colors and large windows throughout the home, ‘Eversong’ truly ‘brings the outdoors in.’

You can find the entrance to this cottage down a quiet and sheltered footpath on Tupelo Street. As you make your way down the path, you can hear birds chirping and trees gracefully swaying in the breeze. Open the front door to find a naturally-lit and roomy foyer, with a king primary suite to your right, and a bunk room to your left. This first level of the home serves as the spacious sleeping quarters, offering privacy for all. The large, naturally-lit king primary bedroom features lots of storage, its own full bath (tub only), and a flatscreen television. If you take a left from the foyer, you can find the bunk room, located right next to the staircase. This room is also naturally well-lit by the beautiful outdoors, and provides plenty of space for guests. Additionally, the bunkroom offers a (shower only) bathroom. 

Head up the stairs to find a mystical masterpiece! The second story truly encapsulates a charming and magical storybook feeling. Enter this story to be warmly welcomed by light and bright colors, tall ceilings, natural light throughout, as well as airy and happy spaces. Your first sight will be a fully equipped kitchen, overlooking stunning Seaside greenery and whimsical treetops. This floor has the option to close off the stairway entrance, really making this bright and spacious level feel like an escape from reality. Next to the kitchen is the dining area, featuring a wooden table seating six, a tasteful chandelier overtop, and facing the large, naturally-lit living space. Head into the living area to find many timeless and large windows, as well as comfortable seating for all, featuring a slipcover sofa, a loveseat, and several lounge chairs. This room also includes a flatscreen and a ‘secret window’ private balcony access to enjoy. The balcony overlooks the serene outdoor area of this cottage, is extremely large, and is paired with an outdoor swing and additional seating. The second story also offers a half bath for guest’s convenience, as well as a washer and dryer combo. If you are longing for a peaceful reset and a tranquil beach escape, ‘Eversong’ is the only choice!

*  5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit

My family just stayed at the eversong cottage, and it was perfect for our family of five. We have three small kids (3 yrs - 9yrs) and they loved the bedroom with the bunkbeds. The layout was excellent with plenty of room upstairs to relax and do what we needed to in the kitchen. The only minor issue was the lack of an outside shower to rinse off when returning the beach.

Perfect size house for a group of 4-6. A bunch of natural light through the many windows. Kitchen is small, but all you really need. The tub in the master bathroom is epic. The shower in the guest bath can be tricky to get out of. My Dad ended up getting stuck inside, but it did make for a funny vacation story. Overall great stay.

Wonderful place! The location is great...walking distance to the beach, bike rental, shops and restaurants. The cottage was well supplied with essentials and the management group was super responsive and easy to work with....highly recommend!
