Nestled in a prime location on Tupelo Circle in Seaside, Florida, Eversong is one of the larger two-bedroom guest cottages, offering both privacy and proximity to the beach—just 361 feet to beach access. This bright, spacious retreat is perfect for a young family, featuring a king primary bedroom and generous open living areas.

Upon arrival, you’ll enter through a private gate off Tupelo Circle, passing a charming gazebo and a brick-lined walkway leading to your cottage. Step into the airy foyer, where you’ll find two bedrooms on the main level.

To the right is the king-sized primary suite, thoughtfully designed with a dresser, cozy chair, built-in shelving, two small closets, and a flat-screen TV. The renovated ensuite bath features a deep soaker tub and a sleek quartz vanity (tub only). Across the foyer is the second bedroom, ideal for young children, with two twin bunks that sleep up to four. This room also has its own renovated ensuite bath, complete with a walk-in glass shower and a single vanity (shower only).

Stairs off the foyer lead to the second floor, where you’ll find the heart of the home—an open, sun-filled living area. The spacious living room boasts plenty of natural light, comfortable seating, and a large mounted flat-screen TV with a Sonos sound bar, perfect for family movie nights or catching the game.

The updated kitchen, with its retro beachy charm, is a cook’s dream. It features custom-built cabinets, quartz countertops, a four-burner electric stove, a dishwasher, a fridge, and retro-inspired appliances like a fun coffee maker, toaster, and blender. All the cookware and serving pieces you need to prepare family meals are at your fingertips, making it easy to enjoy meals together after a day of fun in the sun.

The central dining area comfortably seats six, while the adjacent living room opens onto an inviting open-air porch. Here, you can relax on a bench swing or Adirondack chairs, overlooking the wooded beauty of Rosewalk Park just beyond your cottage.

Additional perks include a full-size stackable washer and dryer off the kitchen, as well as a convenient half bath for guests.  A sandy footpath from the rear of the cottage leads to Rosewalk Park, a shaded, hidden gem that's perfect for kids to play and explore.  Whether you're lounging on the porch, enjoying family time in the living areas, or heading to the beach, Eversong offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your family Seaside getaway.

** 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

My family just stayed at the eversong cottage, and it was perfect for our family of five. We have three small kids (3 yrs - 9yrs) and they loved the bedroom with the bunkbeds. The layout was excellent with plenty of room upstairs to relax and do what we needed to in the kitchen. The only minor issue was the lack of an outside shower to rinse off when returning the beach.

Perfect size house for a group of 4-6. A bunch of natural light through the many windows. Kitchen is small, but all you really need. The tub in the master bathroom is epic. The shower in the guest bath can be tricky to get out of. My Dad ended up getting stuck inside, but it did make for a funny vacation story. Overall great stay.

Wonderful place! The location is great...walking distance to the beach, bike rental, shops and restaurants. The cottage was well supplied with essentials and the management group was super responsive and easy to work with....highly recommend!
