A Private Pathway to Coastal Comfort

Enter through a private gate off Tupelo Circle and follow the brick-lined walkway that winds through lush landscaping to your secluded retreat. The front of the home faces the iconic Tupelo Gazebo, while the back opens to a peaceful sandy footpath leading directly to Rose Walk Park—a shaded, tranquil space perfect for children to play or for quiet morning strolls beneath the trees.

Thoughtfully Designed First-Floor Living

Inside, a bright marble-floored foyer welcomes you home. Both bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor, making this layout ideal for families. The primary king suite offers a cozy reading chair, built-in shelving, dual closets, and a mounted flat-screen TV. Its newly renovated ensuite bathroom features a deep soaking tub and sleek quartz vanity—perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.

* 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.   Guest parking anywhere in the gravel along Tupelo St. Parking not permitted in the circle.

We really enjoyed this rental unit. The bunk room meant 2 bedrooms felt much bigger and we could put all the kids together. The location was convenient (2 blks) to both the beach entrance and the town center, and also not far from Publix.

My family just stayed at the eversong cottage, and it was perfect for our family of five. We have three small kids (3 yrs - 9yrs) and they loved the bedroom with the bunkbeds. The layout was excellent with plenty of room upstairs to relax and do what we needed to in the kitchen. The only minor issue was the lack of an outside shower to rinse off when returning the beach.

Perfect size house for a group of 4-6. A bunch of natural light through the many windows. Kitchen is small, but all you really need. The tub in the master bathroom is epic. The shower in the guest bath can be tricky to get out of. My Dad ended up getting stuck inside, but it did make for a funny vacation story. Overall great stay.
