Welcome to Eversong, one of Seaside’s larger two-bedroom guest cottages, perfectly located on charming Tupelo Circle—just 361 feet from the beach access. With generous living spaces and thoughtful design, this bright and welcoming retreat is ideal for young families looking to enjoy the best of Seaside.

Enter through a private gate near the neighborhood gazebo, where a brick-fenced walkway guides you to your cottage getaway. Inside, a light-filled marble foyer sets the tone for comfort and relaxation, with both bedrooms conveniently located on the first floor.

The king primary suite offers a restful escape with a dresser, reading lights, built-in shelving, and a mounted flat-screen TV. Its newly renovated ensuite bath features a sleek quartz vanity and deep soaking tub. Across the foyer, the second bedroom is designed with children in mind, offering two twin bunk beds (sleeps four) and a private ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

Upstairs, natural light fills the expansive open-concept living area. The updated kitchen boasts custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and playful retro-inspired appliances, fully stocked with everything you need for family meals. A dining table for six anchors the space, while the spacious living room features a large sofa, seating for four, a mounted flat-screen TV with Sonos soundbar, and walls of windows overlooking tranquil Rosewalk Park.

Step out to the open-air porch, where a bench swing and Adirondack chairs invite you to relax and unwind. Additional conveniences include a full-size washer and dryer and a half bath off the kitchen. Just beyond the back porch, a sandy path leads directly into Rosewalk Park—a peaceful, shaded spot where children can run, play, and explore.

* 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.   Guest parking anywhere in the gravel along Tupelo St. Parking not permitted in the circle.

We really enjoyed this rental unit. The bunk room meant 2 bedrooms felt much bigger and we could put all the kids together. The location was convenient (2 blks) to both the beach entrance and the town center, and also not far from Publix.

My family just stayed at the eversong cottage, and it was perfect for our family of five. We have three small kids (3 yrs - 9yrs) and they loved the bedroom with the bunkbeds. The layout was excellent with plenty of room upstairs to relax and do what we needed to in the kitchen. The only minor issue was the lack of an outside shower to rinse off when returning the beach.

Perfect size house for a group of 4-6. A bunch of natural light through the many windows. Kitchen is small, but all you really need. The tub in the master bathroom is epic. The shower in the guest bath can be tricky to get out of. My Dad ended up getting stuck inside, but it did make for a funny vacation story. Overall great stay.
