Welcome to the guest cottage Feeling TipSea just out of an extensive renovation and located just six houses from the beach in Seaside and only two blocks to downtown Seaside and the Seaside Amphitheater.

Step inside Feeling TipSea and see the gorgeous coastal white beadboard home with all new designer furnishings throughout. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for two, a dining nook for two, and a new high-end wall-mounted Smart TV with a Sonos soundbar. This coastal cottage has recessed lighting, a modern renovated full kitchen, and is one of the larger guest cottages in Seaside sleeping four. The completely renovated full kitchen is off the living room with all new top-of-the-line appliances, a full-size Wolf Oven, Wolf Gas range, and a Wolf Over microwave combo. There are beautiful custom built-in kitchen cabinets, kitchen storage, marble countertops, and a large stainless farmhouse sink. There is a guest half bath on the first floor.

Up the stairs to the king primary bedroom and you are surrounded by crisp white beadboard, pitched white oak ceilings, a modern ceiling fan, and a corner-mounted new flat-screen Smart TV. This room is bathed in natural light from surrounding windows with beautiful rooftop and Seaside town views. Off the king bedroom is your own open-air Juliette balcony amongst treetop views. The primary bedroom has its own renovated private bathroom with a large glass-enclosed walk-in rain shower and single vanity.

Feeling TipSea is the perfect Seaside escape for four. Need a little more room, you can rent the main home Knotty by Nature and Feeling TipSea for a large family escape sleeping 12 in all. (Please be aware there is a private plunge pool off the guest cottage that can be in use by the main cottage Knotty by Nature. Pool Access comes with the main home Knotty by Nature only, not available for the guest cottage Feeling TipSea.)

3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall | 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Feeling TipSea was the perfect get away. We enjoyed everything about it! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach as well as to Seaside Square and rode the bikes everywhere too. We have vacationed in the Seaside/Watercolor area for the past 15 years and this was our favorite location yet. We would definitely recommend this cottage. We loved it!
