From the moment you arrive, Fernleigh’s front porch sets the tone—complete with rocking chairs and a classic porch swing, perfect for slow mornings and breezy afternoons. Around back, an additional outdoor living area provides even more space to unwind, featuring a newly installed charcoal grill and easy access from both the kitchen and a first-floor bedroom. Mature landscaping surrounds the home, offering privacy and a peaceful setting for outdoor dining or evening relaxation.

Inside, the cottage feels both welcoming and thoughtfully designed. Large windows and glass doors allow natural light to pour in, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. A charming cottage that was surprisingly kid friendly. The location was primo - we did not drive our car anywhere! This cottage is not only located steps from the beach, but also only steps from the Seaside shops and restaurants. Our 2.5 year old had no issues on foot.This property was spotless and NO bug sightings!Parking was right beside the cottage with additional space in front.Also of note, the management company provided an exceptional experience - very responsive over email, which was our preferred method of communication. Their office is a short walk from the cottage so they are also available in person if preferred. The welcome tote with wine, beach towels, literature, and organic coffee was a treat!Overall, I highly recommend this cottage due to its location, cleanliness, charm, and professional management. We will be returning!
